Experience the ultimate in luxury at The Overlook homes, located at the pinnacle of Top Notch Resort in Stowe. Enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield and its ski slopes from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and deck of this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Resort Home. The master suite features a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom, large flat screen TV, and DVD player. Relax in front of two fireplaces, on wood floors and Berber carpet throughout. The living room has a 42” flat screen TV with a home theater surround sound system, CD, DVD, and AM/FM stereo. The newly remodeled kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. The dining area seats eight and opens to a deck enjoying stunning views, with outdoor dining for 6. Families will love the Kids Entertainment Floor, which offers 4 bunk beds and a full bathroom, as well as a spacious gaming area with an oversized leather sleep sofa, and ping pong table in the garage, TV/DVD, and Wii entertainment system! Guests also have access to a full garage as well as a ski boot dryer/warmer which fits 4 pairs of boots. This superb Resort Home is complete with a tiled mudroom, laundry room, and wireless high-speed internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking family home and parties are not permitted. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down from 11 pm to 6 am. Wake up to fresh tracks on the mountain after a great night's sleep!

The house is clean and beds are very comfortable. Beautiful Mountain Views. So many wonderful details, like the mud room with cubbies and hooks, newly renovated kitchen that was very well stocked with utensils, coffee grinder, etc, desk/workspace, boot warmers in the garage, master bedroom with reading nook and ottoman. The property is tranquil and quiet- slept like a baby.
Couple of things to note. The property is advertised with “access” to pool and hot tub, but there is a $117/day charge for use of these in the main lodge. The master bed is VERY high. I am 5’3” and it came up to my hips. Luckily I am agile enough to get in and out, and once in, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The driveway is on a hill. We were there a week during winter and not once was the driveway plowed even though I offered to move the car for them to do so. Make sure you have good treading on your shoes/boots because the driveway can be treacherous, and it might not get plowed. Overall, a lovely stay.

We loved our stay and hope to return soon and often! The home is absolutely lovely and impeccably maintained. The location offers something for everyone including skiing, hiking, spa and fitness center, great restaurants and charming town center. We also appreciated how easy it was to check in/check out and reach the property manager when we had a question.

Big complaint about property and other resort homes in the past is the squeaky doors. Very annoying especially with having some young kids.

The property was perfect for our stay. The only reason I gave it less than five stars was that our dog found some crumbs under the living room coffee table to nibble on.
That being said the positives certainly outwayed the crumbs. The house was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches such as the jewelry boxes in the bedrooms, makeup towel, boot warmers etc..
It was a pleasure working with the employees at Stowe Resort Homes. They dealt with all issues in a friendly and professional way and were always accessible either by email or phone.

This was a wonderful stay and great property. We had a blast. Three flexible floors of living, air hockey for kids, great views, wonderful location, part of a resort with pools, tennis, spa on site. Great team, very friendly!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our vacation stay in Stowe VT! The resort home was very clean, modern, and spacious. The large layout with three floors was perfect for a big family such as ours.The kids loved the children’s playroom on the first floor. Most days, they didn’t want to leave! Our family enjoyed using the pool, basketball court, gym, and spa. The town of Stowe could not be more beautiful! We loved the town and felt very much at home here. The Recreation trail was amazing! Every town should have one. You can walk out ride your bike anywhere you need to go. The views from the resort home were so peaceful. Most nights we enjoyed cooking on the grill, playing board games together on the balcony, and eating dinner while the sunset. We can’t wait to go back! Being able to text a team member with any inquiries that we had during our vacation was a huge help! I wish other vacation rentals made it this easy to communicate with them.

We truly loved this unit and hope to return next summer. It was a treat to have our beloved dog with us--really love that it's a dog friendly home. The master bedroom was fantastic but the sun comes in STRONG in the am--every effort for black out shades should be made!
Loved all the space! As a family of four, we loved having so much space and the ability to host close friends to stay with us. We had two families of four visit over the three weeks and never felt like we were on top of each other. The views of the mountain were amazing! We were so happy to have a grill and a GAS stove too! The Stowe Resort Homes team was extremely responsive to our (minor) issues at our rental home--weekends and weekdays. In our Covid age, we were frustrated with the lack of clarity about the access and fees associated with the amenities at Topnotch and wish the dialogue regarding that had been better.

A great spot for a Stowe ski trip! An easy drive to to the mountain and to town. Great Views, plenty of room for all 9 of us. Good communication with he property manager, so check in and check out were seamless. We would stay here again!

Great Stay in Stowe!
Wonderful vacation home. Cozy, and full of room for our big family to celebrate the holidays. Clean and a fully stocked kitchen. The management was great. Only complaint was that the listing said that it had a high chair, which wasn't there. However, the management company helped us figure out a solution by the next morning. Wonderful!

Nice Getaway
Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very comfortable bed in upstairs master. Only issue is faint odor from garbage disposal drain and we found the bottom of dishwasher had murky water that had settled. We did not use dishwasher and informed Stowe Country Homes

Beautiful property with plenty of space
We had a family ski weekend with 10 people staying in the home and could not have been happier with the property. Comfortable beds, luxurious bedding,very large open concept first floor, finished basement with bunk beds and a comfy sofa...a boot warmer In the garage to heat up to four pairs of boots at a time before hitting the slopes. The views of the sunrise and the mountain are breathtaking.

Great view of Stowe, nicely appointed, spacious home. Our group was 6 people (2 adults 4 teens), and it was about the perfect size. The house is in good shape. I especially liked the master bedroom, which had a very nice jacuzzi tub.

We had an amazing time at Stowe this past weekend and this home is gorgeous! So much room, everyone could spread out and have their own bathroom. The linens and bedding was outstanding...like sleeping on a cloud. Can't wait to go back next season!
