Nice room and clean. location was great with many shops and restaurants around.

View from balcony was not what I booked for. the receptionist was not helpful, seems bothered by guest or not happy with her job I guess.

Suitable for travelers that need to go to airport early morning. Convenient shop (emart24) staff that is very helpful.

It will be great if shuttle bus to and from airport is available or more frequent. If Recommendations can be provided to travelers on how how to go here and there from hotel to other destination will be great.

Super close to transport which made it easy to get to the airport early in the morning. The room was very spacious and comfortable, wish i had booked to stay there for longer. The staff were fantastic and allowed me to leavey luggage there all day before i checked in.

Easy check in and check out.

The lightning was hospital like, it felt sterile. They tried to be high tech with the gadgets but didn’t quite hit the mark.

It is more of an apartment than a hotel. No door latch so we felt insecured.

The room was a studio so it had a kitchen which was great. Lots of food option close by. Easy walk to train station. It was great for catching flight in morning.

Couldn't find Lobby to check in. But we did find it after walking around.

I chose it as a convenient location to the airport. The bed was comfortable and there were coffee shops, food, and convenience stores nearby.

This is no fault of the hotel, but there was some construction in the lobby and downstairs area plus the hours for someone at the front desk are limited.

Had booked the property as it was close to the airport and I had a 6am flight. Trains don’t run early enough and reception was unable to help organise other transport due to language barriers. Defeated the purpose of staying here as I had to organise a private vehicle. No one was to blame, just unfortunate.

Where do I begin... I'll say this - I've stayed at this hotel several times before. The previous stays were all handled by staff who truly cared about the guests experience. We arrived to Seoul and per the hotel, we should have had the option for a shuttle. I tried emailing and never received an answer so I attempted calling. The line was busy and remained that way. We ended up taking a taxi. Upon our arrival, the front desk clerk was in the phone on a personal call. No wonder the line was busy. She then proceeded to tell us she only spoke Korean. No problem. I was able to communicate with her but her mannerisms were basically telling us that we had interrupted her during her leisurely conversation. This never happened in our previous stay. The staff that worked there a couple of years ago was in full uniform and was able to speak several languages. She was warm and kind. This new person? Not so much. Proceeding to the room. Because it was warm in the hallways, the trash that lined up the entire hallway made it stink. You would have thought you were walking in a back alley in New York. It was very musty and dingy. We could barely wheel our suitcase due to how many trash bags were lining the hallway on BOTH sides. The room. The tiles in the bathroom had mold, the sheets had hair, the tiles in the kitchen area had food splatters, the pillowcase had some sort of red stain, and the sink was dirty. This is a faaaaar difference from the other times we've stayed here. I'm thinking the hotel was sold to new owners during Covid because prior to Covid, this place was in pristine condition. I was so embarrassed to have recommended this place to our other guest who traveled with us. I'm extremely disappointed.

The location is the best thing about this place, very close to Incheon airport.

The room was dirty! It could easily be made a nicer placer is they took more care when cleaning.

Cleaniless need to improve, i found yellow spot in toilet and floor.

Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. There was a good view. The area was very nice with a cool breeze and delicious restaurants.

A significant walk from the subway station.

Storage shelves aplenty.
