About this condo rental
Located in Edinburgh, this charming condo for $378 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This wonderful two bedroom apartment is in a fantastic location, and comes complete with secure parking. This 4th floor property (with lift) has been expertly furnished, offering luxury and comfort for your stay. The living room provides plenty of space to relax after a busy day exploring Edinburgh, as well as offering a dining area for a delicious meal with friends or family. There is a flat screen TV in the living room, and wifi is provided throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, and an en-suite shower room with toilet and basin. In bedroom 2 you will find a double bed. Both bedrooms have plentiful guest storage. There is also a main bathroom with a bath and shower over, toilet and basin. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. The location is ideal. You’ll be staying at the base of Holyrood Park, with Holyrood Palace (the Queen’s official residence in Scotland) and the Royal Mile just minutes away from the front door. You’re also just moments away from the Scottish Parliament building, and popular attractions such as Our Dynamic Earth. A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager. Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed. The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already. A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival. Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am. One street over from the Royal Mile and steps from the Palace at Holyroodhouse. Check in was a breeze and the flat was lovely.

Property manager was helpful and responsive. She left the keys at the front desk for us but the attendant wouldn’t let us have them because we had not been “introduced” to him personally by the property manager. Keep in mind the envelope had our names on it. Once she came back and got the keys for us, after our introduction of course, she gave us a tour of the apartment.
Plenty of room. Large great room and kitchen area. Washer/dryer was so nice.
The location cannot be beat. Just behind the building, Bull’s Close and Reid’s Close connect directly to the Royal Mile. Walk to Holyrood Palace is just minutes away. Within very easy walking distance to a Tesco Express for supplies. Be aware all that is provided is toilet paper and detergent pods for the dishwasher. We had to buy our own paper towels and hand soap. It was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting Edinburgh for five nights. The location is quiet at night and great for walking to almost anything you want to see. There is a parking spot if you have a car. The accommodations are very comfortable. I'm a bit picky about the pillows and beds, and they were fantastic! The kitchen was well-appointed. We had some difficulty communicating with the property manager but worked that out eventually. It's also a bit confusing to find where you check in and get the key, but we also figured that out. We were able to park our car there a few hours before check-in so we could walk around the city and explore a bit without needing to find public parking, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely stay in this property again.

Property was great, perfect for my family to explore Edinburgh for a few days. Really close to all attractions which was great. The comms from the owner around checkin were non existent but once I managed to get the info the process was easy.

Very nice location, and comfortable condo in the heart of the city. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and tours. No supplies like paper towels, shampoo/conditioner or bath soap. It would be a nice touch like a hotel would provide, and not have to run around looking for supplies you forgot.

This could be an excellent property, it’s in a central yet quiet location. It is very spacious and very secure with an underground parking space which requires a key fob to access. However we were disappointed with the standard of cleanliness and general maintenance of the apartment. Given the current Covid restrictions I expected the apartment to be immaculate but some areas were in need of a deep clean. Such as the dining room table and chairs which were covered in sticky marks. The cooker hood Was thick with grease and blinds were thick with dust. There was a door missing from one of the wardrobes, loose tiles on the bathroom floor and the bed linen and towels were stained although they did appear to be have washed. It wouldn’t take much effort with regards to cleaning and maintenance for me to have given this apartment 5 stars.

Booked this property for a family gathering and there was more than enough room for 15 of us to enjoy an evening together. The apartment is bright and modern with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It was spotlessly clean, and the beds in both bedrooms were super comfy. The property is well-maintained and clean. Every amenity one would need. Great location with 2 restaurants next door, 2 cafes within 30 meters and supermarket within 50 meters.
The flat backs to the Royal Mile so it is a short walk to dining, shopping and cultural activities. Quiet and modern building as well. Nothing negative to say at all. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, modern, and well-equiped apartment right behind the new parliamentt building at the Holyrood Palace end of the Royal Mile. Parking was secure and free, though you could walk everywhere. The concierge was very helpful with directions and restaurant options. Great place.
