Propriétaire bien accueillant et aimable, location conforme, description très correcte de la maison.
Piscine très agréable, surtout les après midi ombragé, bien propre et nettoyé. Resident calme même de nuit et gardien très serviable.
Nous avons eu à disposition un lit bébé et une baignoire, très appréciable ainsi que les bonbonnes d'eau de source à disposition.

Un super séjour grâce à la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Norbert et Lauriane. Nous avons été accueillis avec une table dressée et un repas succulent préparé par Lauriane. Un bouquet de fleurs nous attendait pour fêter notre mariage. L’emplacement est idéal, près de la plage et des commodités. Une adresse à conseiller.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Platz war reichlich vorhanden für 3 Gäste. Das Objekt liegt da 5 min vom Strand entfernt. Die komplette Anlage ist gepflegt und bewacht. Der Kontakt zu Norbert ist klasse. Er bemüht sich sehr um seine Gäste und das Appartment wird 2 mal pro Woche von einer Reinigungskraft gereinigt. Geschäfte und restaurants sind alle gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Norbert. Kann das Appartment nur weiterempfehlen.

De très très bonnes vacances !!!
Pour notre 2eme voyage à Maurice nous avons opté pour une location plutôt que un hôtel et nous ne regrettons absolument pas ! La maison de Laurianne et Norbert est très bien, suffisamment grande pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants voir même 4 adultes et 4 enfants sans problème. Elle est très bien équipée, rien à redire. Tout les petits "plus" fourni sont très agréable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
Résidence avec piscine (simple mais correct) très sécurisé avec portails motorisés et gardiennage. Une pensée très amicale au gardien de nuit Gilbert, notre meilleur rencontre à Maurice, une personne formidable... à s'inspirer...
Bref nous reviendrons !!!

Cher Norbert, Merci pour votre accueil. Ces 2 semaines ont été riches d'un point de vue culturel, culinaire et il est très facile de se faire des amis Mauriciens tant ils sont gentils.
Pour les excursions, à vous les futurs vacanciers, vous pouvez suivre les conseils de Norbert et les faire en compagnie de FRAGAWILLS à Flic en Flac, ils sont adorables de gentillesse et connaissent bien leur ile, et la respecte. Flic en Flac était un bon compromis. Au centre de l'ile nous avons pu voyager au nord comme au sud, grace à la Toyota mise à disposition par notre Hôte. Un seul regret Norbert.. Ne pas avoir déguster des dholls pury plus tôt...!!! C'est une tuerie ! nous avons adoré ! Des vacances comme on en rêvait, dans une grande villa plein de charme au milieu de cette végétation qui nous manque, Dolorès qui vient faire le ménage et sait vraiment se montrer discrète quand il le faut, et des plages, ...couchers de soleil à couper le souffle..A ne pas manquer, ..Allez passer un dimanche sur la plage de Mont Choisy et pique niquez là bas avec tous les mauriciens ..toutes races confondues...cela restera dans mon cœur ! Et pour ceux qui vous disent qu'il n'y a rien à faire à l'ile Maurice....Ne les écoutez pas, c'est totalement faux. Nos enfants sont revenues avec des étoiles dans les yeux. Encore un grand merci Norbert, et OUI nous allons faire en sorte de revenir chez vous, avec grand plaisir et en toute confiance.

Superbe sejour au Tamier !
Quand on a dit que Norbert et Lauriane les propriétaires sont adorables, attentionnés et disponibles, que là maison située dans un petit lotissement sécurisé par la présence 24/24 d’un gardien est grande, fonctionnelle, super équipée (entre autres choses une fontaine avec bonbonnes d’eau, clim dans toutes les chambres, BBQ Weber, wifi haut débit et téléphone mobile avec forfait local) bien entretenue plusieurs fois par semaine par Dolores la femme de menage, proche à pied ou en voiture (5 mn) de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, idéalement placée à Flic pour se rendre au nord, au sud ou dans les hauts, qu’elle bénéficie dans un magnifique jardin tropical d’une immense piscine, d’un tennis et d’un squash (raquettes en bon état dispos), on a à peu près tout dit. Nous étions 4 alors qu’elle dispose de 7 couchages et de 4 terrasses (dont une au rdc pour les repas-super agréable), autant dire que dans près de 200 m2 on ne s’est pas marché dessus !!! Norbert et Lauriane sont aussi pleins de bons conseils pour les restaus, les excursions ou activités. En résumé nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Maurice. Norbert et Lauriane y ont grandement contribué. Encore un grand merci.

Séjour très agréable
Belle villa très bien équipée et le matériel est de qualité,ainsi que la literie et le linge de maison.Lauriane et Norbert sont très à l'écoute de leurs hôtes .nous avons apprécier la propreté de la villa grâce à Dolorès qui vient régulièrement faire le ménage.
Nous avons aussi apprécier la wi fi l'ordinateur et le téléphone portable à disposition
Très apprécier les adresses des endroits à visiter et les restos conseillez par Norbert qui à un carnet d'adresses fourni

Avec nos 4 enfants, la maison de Norbert et Lauriane était super! Très bien placée, pas besoin de louer de voiture car la location est à 5min de la plage et des commerces. De plus Norbert est très accueillant et prévenant; nous avons particulièrement apprécié le ménage et l'eau fournie+ les bons plans et conseils de nos hôtes! Merci encore Norbert!

Comme l'année derniere ( et d'autres précédemment ) nous ne pouvons que complimenter l'investissement des propriétaires pour que notre sejour se passe au mieux , le logement comporte toutes les aménagements possibles pour que nous nous y sentions comme chez nous et nous y revenons toujours avec plaisir .

2 semaines magiques à Flic-en-Flac
Nous étions à Flic-en-Flac pour les fêtes de fin d'année, entre le 24 décembre 2017 et le 07 janvier 2018. Nous sommes arrivés avec beaucoup de retard en raison du brouillard sur Dubaï. Mais le chauffeur envoyé par M. Knell était comme d'habitude au rendez-vous. En arrivant à la résidence, le propriétaire nous attendait également, avec sa gentillesse habituelle. Les gentilles attentions (frigo remplis de 2 bières bien fraîches et d'un bon plat pour nous restaurer ! La maison est toujours aussi confortable et on avait même un petit sapin de Noël décoré ! les 4 chambres à coucher sont dotées de la climatisation et il y a une place de parc pour la voiture sur la propriété. Hormis le temps (de la pluie l'après-midi) et quelques soucis de nettoyage (la femme de ménage s'étant blessée dans une autre propriété), tout était parfait et conforme à la description. On y reviendra sans hésiter (il s'agissait de notre 3ème séjour). Meilleures salutations à Laurianne et Norbert !

Wonderful family holiday.
We were yet again able to enjoy our holiday at No 1 Le Tamier from 8th - 20th December 2017. This villa is very well situated in the town of Flic n Flac with very easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is well equipped and comfortable and the owners, Norbert and Lauriane always go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The gardens and the pool area are majestic and we spend many hour at the pool enjoying the cool water on very hot days. Thank you once again for the fantastic holiday. Debra and Gerard (South Africa)

nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Lauriane et Norbert qui sont des personnes très accueillants. Le cadre est un jardin tropical luxuriant et nous avons adoré nos petits oiseaux aux milles couleurs qui animaient nos petits déjeuners. En plus, une piscine hollywoodienne si vous n'aimez pas la foule des plages.Nous vous recommandons cette adresse pour des vacances en parfaite autonomie.

Au top, comme toujours.
Cest la 2ème année que nous passons, ma famille et moi, un très agréable séjour chez Lauriane et Norbert. Ils sont aux petits soins de leurs vacanciers, nous donnant de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses.
Quant à la villa très confortable, sécurisée, bien entretenue et propre, elle est super bien équipée. Et s'il nous manque quoique ce soit, un coup de fil à Norbert, qui règle le problème dans l'heure.
Bref, passez vos vacances au Tamier, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Sehr sauberes und hervorragendes Haus zum Wohlfühlen!
Vorab: auffällig war, dass in der Anlage die Häuser alle gleich sind und viele unterschiedliche Preise angeboten wurden. Daher fiel unsere Wahl auf dieses von Ehepaar Knell, den Vermietern- das war am billigsten!
Das Haus ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und liebevoll aber einfach eingerichtet- perfekt für normale Leute mit normalem Budget!
Die Poolanlage und der Tennisplatz sind in exzellentem Zustand!
Wir wurden persönlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen. Dieser war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und gerne hätten wir ihn noch zum Abendessen eingeladen :D.
Das negativste an der Anlage sind die allgemeinen Regelungen bezüglich Poolregeln, Nachtruhe....das nahm der Pförtner und Wachmann sehr genau! Na ja ...Regeln eben.
Gerne empfehle ich dieses Haus weiter, weil wir uns allumfassend sehr wohl/sicher gefühlt haben, die Preis-Leistung gigantisch war und die Vermieter sehr bemüht und freundlich waren!

We stayed with 4 people in this really beautiful house by Laurianne and Norbert. Norbert has cared for us and was very friendly during our entire stay. He took care of the airport transport and also has taken the time to drive around Flic en Flac with us after we arrived at the house. Meanwhile he has told us a lot about the place and he gave us good tips. If there were any problems or organisational issues, we could always contact Norbert and he was happy to help. His hospitality was really excellent!
The house itself is beautifully situated. In a few minutes your are on the beach and in the supermarket. The garden looks really nice and there is a large pool in the area. Also there is a tennis court that we used often. The security service makes you feel very safe. The equipment of the house is excellent. Everything that you need is available. In particular, the gas grill on the terrace is really convenient and the terrace invites for a relaxed breakfast. Also a laptop is available in the house. In addition to the fixed-line telephone there is a mobile phone in the house, with which you can contact Norbert or use it to get in touch with taxi drivers and tour operators. That was very helpful!
Due to his friendly nature Norbert alone made our holiday an exceptional stay, thank you again at this point!
