This modern villa with private pool and mature garden was built in 2007 and has a contemporary open plan living/dining area offering expansive views and leading onto a terrace with built in barbecue and dining area. It is ideally located mid-way between the old town centre of Lagos, 20 minutes on foot, and Porto do Mos beach, and within a short walk of a local InterMarche supermarket and restaurants. 5min drive from the nearest Golf course at Boavista.

The house was absolutely lovely and the outside space including the garden was very special. We spent many happy hours playing in the pool on hot afternoons. The facilities were great and location was excellent as close to beaches and the old town by car if you have a young family. Would have no hesitation to book this property again. Lovely villa with a great outdoor space. In a residential area and perfect for what we wanted location wise although there is some building work going on behind the property but we didn’t find it intrusive or spoil our stay in any way.

Beautiful, clean and well equipped villa. Excellent location about 15 minutes walk to the centre, and 5 minutes walk from the large supermarket.
