Wonderful design floor composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Garden level house with direct access to the comfortable pools and garden areas. It has two large double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. Complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook at home. Large living room with a giant sofa bed and 50 "TV. Air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms. From the living room you can access the glazed porch / dining room and the private garden where you have everything you need to enjoy the sun and the facilities of the complete Reserva del Higueron urbanization. The urbanization has many green areas and two swimming pools, all this accessible from the house without having to leave outside it, thus making the sensation of being in a giant own garden and being able to enjoy the pool without having to leave the living place. Within the famous urbanization are the facilities of the Higueron Club, with countless paddle courts, beach volleyball courts, gym and the full Nagomi Spa. You can enjoy the facilities of the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel, in which are the famous Restaurants of Diego Gallegos, Sollo rewarded with a michelin star and Arara with a more affordable menu. Or enjoy a Cocktail on the roof of the same building contemplating the bay of Fuengirola and enjoying the infinity pool.
