Notre semaine s’est super bien passé, la maison est spacieuse, la piscine est géniale, beaucoup de taxi aux alentours pour allez faire la fête. Nous avons pris des vélos pour allez à la plage et visiter les alentours ducoup tout était facilement accessible. De plus Jose est vraiment tres agréable et disponible, toujours prêt à aider, il a donc réellement participer au bon déroulement des vacances !

Par quoi commencer... Tout était au TOP... La villa très bien située,très bien équipée, d'une qualité et d'une propreté extraordinaire. Il y a en pour tout le monde, piscine, billard, ping-pong, fléchettes, barbecue, terrasse,... Tout est présent Une vue imprenable sur Pineda de Mar, proche de tout ( magasins, centre ville, restaurants, plage, marchés,...) Réservation, accueil,... Tout était parfait... Et que dire de José Rafael, le propriétaire, une personne d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours aux petits soins, nous donnant énormément de conseils sur la région, les restaurants, les bons plans,... Un tout tout grand merci pour avoir fait de notre séjour, un séjour d'exception pour tout le monde

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Villa flora. I booked this villa for my wife’s 60th birthday . There was 12 in our party which included children and grandchildren the youngest being 5 months old for which the owner purchased a new cot bed. On arrival at the villa we were welcomed by the owner Jose Rafael who was very helpful he even took us to the super market to get our first shop nothing was a problem for him If you had any problems you could just contact him and he would be there in about 10 minutes would definitely book again Ralph Smith

Nous sommes partis à 12 personnes du 4 au 16août. La maison est super grande et très spacieuse avec ttes les commoditees à l intérieur. (Sauf la climatisation mais il y a des ventilateurs au plafond dans chaque chambres. L extérieur est extra avec une grande piscine, un coin repas avec vu sur la mer ,un barbecue, un billard table de ping pong.... Très proches de jolie village tosa,blanes,calella de palafugel et surtout Barcelone. La plage est u. Peu loin à pied mais il y a un parking gratuit à proximité. Enfin comment ne pas finir avec l extra José, toujours à notre écoute et à rentre services. Un Mr adorable du début à la fin Je conseil vivement cette maison.

We have just enjoyed a week in this lovely villa. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children (age 3&4). The villa was perfect. Great size swimming pool, plenty of space in the villa so we didn’t feel on top of each other and a great outside area with bbq and table tennis etc. It’s approx 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and to the beach. The beach is very stoney so I would advise bring reef shoes. There are plenty of beach bars and shops and restaurants - particular mention to casa Austria which does amazing steak. Jose the owner has to be one of the friendliest most helpful people around. He drove to find us when we got lost, offered to order us taxis, gave loads of recommendations and was generally a huge help in us finding out way around the area. The villa is completely enclosed so really good for children and as mentioned previously, a good size pool so lots of inflatables and games can be played. I would highly recommend this property.

We were a group of twelve girls in the house. The owner Jose was super friendly and we could call him whenever we needed him and he would be at the house in 10 minutes. The house was super clean and we had space enough. The ping pong table is also a cool detail and the pool was super nice. We wanted to party in capella in september but this is after the party season so not all the clubs were open and the village was quiet. But this did not stop us from having fun partying and going to the beach to the places that were open, super fun! I would recommend though to call a cab (they come to your house super fast) if you want to go to calella. We also went partying to Lloret de mar and this is epic and not so far away by taxi (about 20 minutes) so I would surely recommend ! Also a small detail is that the neighbors are chill but you sometimes need to negotiate with them about music in the evening and stuff like that at night, during the day they are super chill about it though. Going to the beach was also super fun and by foot not far away, so great location for that! Overall we had a lovely stay here and we would surely come back next time we are in calella. Thanks Jose !

Vi hade en toppen vistelse i Pineda de mar. Jose var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Huset var toppen. Ute miljön är perfekt, med både lite vind, lä, sol och skugga. Poolen är bra för barn med kanten som går runt på botten. Bordtennis var en rolig bonus. Inne är det gott om plats och fint. Bra Wifi. Ok läge med gång promenad till stranden och till Calella centrum.

La casa es muy linda y grande. Hay todo necesario y además especias. En general corresponde con la descripción del anuncio. A la playa son unos 25 minutos de camino. La propiedad es de buen estadio y era limpio. La terraza se presta excelente para desayunar o cenar. La piscina es grande para una casa y tiene suficientes camas alrededor. El propietario es muy amable y caballeroso! Muy cerca hay un supermercado grande que tiene todo. En total disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y recomendaríamos la propiedad a cada uno.

las habitaciones son muy grandes, la piscina fantástica, tenemos un bar a menos de 100m, y un mercadona a 10minutos andando, perfecta lo pasemos genial

Furnished to s high standard with a welcoming bottle of wine and basic essentials. Bbq was ideal and a good sized pool. Raphael, the host met us there and was very helpful with local tourist attractions. He also took my father to the doctors when he had a mosquito bite on his eye causing swelling. Een week genoten met 7 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (4 en 1 jr) Heerlijk huis. Schoon en ruim. En alles aanwezig. Wij hadden n auto gehuurd en dat was niet overbodig want t is toch nog n stukje lopen naar supermarkt en zee. De eigenaar is altijd bereikbaar en staat direct voor je klaar indien nodig. Het zwembad wordt tussendoor schoongemaakt. Kortom: n geweldige tijd in n geweldige villa in Pineda del Mar. Zeker aan te raden. A week enjoyed with 7 adults and 2 children (4 and 1 yr) Lovely house. Clean and spacious. And everything is there. We had rented a car and that was not superfluous because t is still a walk to supermarket and sea. The owner is always available and is immediately ready for you if necessary. The pool is cleaned in between. In short: one great time in one amazing villa in Pineda del Mar. Definitely recommended.

+ mooie villa + schoon + genoeg ruimte + zwembad werd tussendoor schoon gemaakt en het vuil werd meegenomen + mooi uitzicht + alles aanwezig - aardig stukje lopen naar de faciliteiten en zee, maar wel goede bereikbaarheid van taxi's - geen toeristeninformatie aanwezig - geen airco, wel waaiers in de slaapkamers We hebben een fantastische week gehad met een vriendengroep tussen de 20-25 jaar.

Beautiful and roomy house with a cozy terrace. The pool was big and had good standard. Decent view and close to grocery shops. Things to improve; larger coffee machine, freezer and refrigerator, air condition, basic equipment for a household, for exemple soap and spices. Had some problems with ants. Besides that; a lovely week and would gladly recommend!
