Inside, the light and airy layout is built for relaxation, and modern amenities meet Olde Cape Cod charm. A spacious living room with cable TV opens through sliding glass doors to a back deck, seamlessly connecting your indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. What a wonderful cottage!!! Location is PRIME. Would recommend 10/10. No on site laundry but the laundry mat in town is clean and affordable.

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing in Orleans. It was super walkable to the shops and bike path. The cottage was private as well which was great. The only thing that was a downer was that there was no air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and one bedroom. Thankfully there were two window units in two bedrooms. This was listed in the description, however the living spaces and Kitchen were so open that they remained hot. We had great sunny weather- but it was also in the 90s some days which was difficult for us. We would definitely recommend this place if you don’t care as much about air conditioning or if you go down during a cooler time of year. We still had a good vacation and it met our needs.
