Lovely spacious place to stay, even with two kids, in a great location.

Excellent location, lovely personal touches.

Difficult to get to due to road blocks, but the owner helped us through it.

Try something different, you’ll love it.

Loved the location. Ruth met us and was very thorough with instructions how to use everything. It’s a spacious area with everything bar a sink for regulation purposes. It has a dishwasher instead. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nicely set out with heaps of linen and good shower. It’s in a quiet area with a gorgeous cafe so close for drinks or dinner. It’s walking distance from the Central Train station, also to the red light district and lots of points of interest. We loved it.

Our favourite place to stay on our 3 week trip.

Cleanliness, location, all the little extras provided. Very spacious, bigger than the pictures look. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the little private balcony. Highly recommend.

Perfect boat stay in sunny Amsterdam

The boat was much bigger than any hotel room we could have hoped for, and we had such great facilities including a full fridge, coffee machine and brand new bathroom. We loved the little deck out front - a great space for sitting with a coffee in the morning. Perfect location - quiet but such a quick walk to the centre. Ruud was so welcoming, even leaving some beers and fruit in the fridge for our arrival. We will definitely book again when we return to Amsterdam, so glad to have found this spot!!

Very enjoyable

Location was great, close to train station, cruise dock, restaurants and a short walk through a very touristy red light district to the Dam Square. Owners friendly and helpful, right next door but out of the way. Rooms had all the necessities, bed very comfortable and bathroom spotless. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Excellent home from home

Excellent accommodation, owner was very helpful. Very quiet and very comfortable bed. Peaceful location in the city but very close walking distance to all main attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Great place near attractions

Amazing room and location tucked away from the crowds of the red light district, yet walking distance from lots of attractions. The room itself is gorgeous and has more than you need. The host left us snacks and fruit. I was nervous about staying on a boat because I have motion sickness, but it’s very well fixed to the dock and it doesn’t move.

Exceptional

The space is such an enormous size inside. It has a large bed, probably a king size, a couch, kitchenette and high table with high chairs. There is a private dedicated veranda outside great for a coffee or aperitif. Nice size bathroom too. Great location, close to all important sites, although very quiet space when inside so no issues at night. Nice and accomodating host.

Only small downside is the pressure of the shower, although the temperature can get quite hot so you still get warm.

Superb

Location is fantastic and staying on a houseboat on the canal just felt like pure Amsterdam. Great Cafe across street. Walking distance to anything you might want to see. Very convenient to central train station. China town 2 blocks away. Simply a ton of great restaurants and shops at fingertips. Houseboat itself very comfortable for 2 people. Hosts provided coffee, water, and snacks for our convenience. Canal view was right out of a painting. We had a great stay

A perfect home for the weekend

Boat no Breakfast was in such an ideal location. It’s clean, comfortable and made a lovely home for our trip. Great facilities including a coffee machine and tv.

Good experience to stay on the boat house. Location is very good, 10 minutes to the train station but serene and quiet. The room is fully equipped, comfortable and clean. Service is excellent.

Beautiful place, would stay again

Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom with a little seat and table outside. very comfortable, big bed. very close to everything and the owners were great

the shower was weak, it is a water saving one apparently, perhaps necessary on a boat! everything else was perfect

Fantastic accommodation

Have stayed in Amsterdam many times in hotels. I will always look to see if this property is available the next time I go. The location was great, the host was fantastic and so was the accommodation. Clean spacious and has everything you need.

Host is very helpful and nice. Location is super convenient to the train station. It's fun to watch the canal traffic from the windows.

Sleeping space for 4 but only 2 chairs total. There is no terrace/outdoor furniture/sun deck as the listing indicates.

You’d be Fortunate to stay in such a charming place.

Location was perfect. Minutes from the Red Light District but extremely quite. Our host was awesome. To be able to stay on the canal was so special. Boat was large and Roomy. I absolutely would never stay anywhere else.

Hospitality was exceptional, owner was always responsive and at hand if we needed anything or had any questions. Boat was beautiful and quaint, being on the water made our first trip to Amsterdam that much more perfect. Perfect size and had everything the three of us needed. Added snacks and drinks were a nice touch and much appreciated.

Stairs down to boat a bit tricky but we got the hang of it.

Fantastic accommodation in the centre of Amsterdam. Ideal location for Central Station

Ideal location, we were able to check in early when we arrived at 10.30am. Lovely little extras left for us, a couple of beers, fruit and crisps. The bed and the pillows were so comfy

A great place to stay for couples, friends or even a family of four. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely, quirky boat stay with enough room for four adults. Great central location but set in a beautiful, quiet spot away from all of the hustle and bustle. Easy to walk to all the major attractions. Friendly hosts who provided beers and crisps on arrival and took the time to contact us and let us know about disruptions to transport services when we were out, so we didn't miss our flight home. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay for a weekend break in Amsterdam.

A amazing experience. A must for every visitor.

Amazing experience and great location.

I missed a breakfast but solved it by having a great breakfast in the luxurious Amrath hotel on the opposite side.
