About this apartment rental
Our apartment is just 90 meters from Gran Vía Avenue, one of the most important arteries of the city and in an area full of shops and all the services of a big city. With access from Desengaño street, it is located on the second floor of a building protected for its architectural value and recently remodeled. The apartment is comfortably accessed from the elevator, where upon opening the door we find a cozy hall followed by the living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen (fully equipped), the latter with large doors leading to the balconies, from where you can see all the street and immediate buildings in addition to providing plenty of lighting and natural ventilation to the entire social area. In the background are the bedrooms, the main one with a king size bed and a full bathroom, another with a queen size bed, another with two single beds and one with a single bed and space to also place a cot; all could use another full bathroom for the rest of the rooms. These spaces are located around a central patio that illuminates the entire corridor that gives them access. Each room has its wardrobe with hangers, in the bathrooms there is a hairdryer, bath gel and shampoo. In the social area there is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a laundry area and a cleaning closet. The spaciousness of the open spaces provides a lot of comfort and well-being that will be very well received by the visitor.

Very spacious kitchen/ dining area and cosy lounge area. Bright and airy with the 3 small balconies.The bedrooms are at the back of the appartment with the windows facing a small yard/ light well, it is a bit dark in the morning. We loved the appartment, perfect for 7 adults. And the lift opens right into the appartment. Please do take the staircase, it is stunning.

Great space for a large group with separation of sleeping and living quarters Open space across kitchen, dining, and sofa arrangements made it an excellent venue for the our big family hanging out Very good location, and we particularly enjoyed the 'Brunch Club' around the corner

The apartment was exceptional. It was very clean, fully stocked and very spacious for my family. Further, it was within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend staying at the property.

Check in was confusing because the instruction was in Spanish. Need to ask host to resend in English. Only one dishwashing detergent per day available. There is no parking at the building, however, public parking is just around the corner, but pricey.Excellent location.
