But what is much appreciated when you come home you will enjoy peace and quiet away from the chaos with the convenience of being in a central district. Apartment, a few step from the Vatican, it is very close to the subway stop A line Cipro-Musei Vaticani, 4 metro stops from the piazza di Spagna (7 minutes ), 5 metro stops from the Fontana di Trevi ( 5 min) 7 metro stop from the Termini train station (12 minutes ). You can going to the Vatican with a nice and easy walk through a commercial street full of shops. About 200 meters away is the most famous and very typical market, il mercato trionfale, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, meats, typical cold cuts, salami and cheeses of Roman cuisine. It is clean, elegant, bright and calm. Overlooking a quiet street. It is located on the first floor without the need for a lift/elevator because the staircase consists of a single ramp straight and comfortable with a few steps; it is composed of a living room / dining room with a brand new sofa bed with 17 cm high memory mattress, an extendable table with four ergonomic design chairs, padded and very comfortable, a bedroom with new and comfortable memory foam mattress H25 , separate fully equipped kitchen with American coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, table, chairs, bathroom with bidet, new and large box shower, closet. My wife and I enjoyed a delightful 6 night stay in Vincenza's property. The location is within walking distance of both a supermarket and the Trionfale public market. The Cipro Metro stop is five minutes away and the Metro is super easy and convenient. A bus stop is two blocks from the apartment. Both the Vatican and the Vatican Museums are within walking distance. Before our arrival, Vincenza provided us with information about the area. When we arrived, her assistant, Lorena gave us a comprehensive introduction to the apartment, and the surrounding neighborhood, as well as answering some basic questions about getting around Rome. There is a booklet in the apartment that recommends restaurants and nightlife. When we arrived we found the apartment to be immaculate and well stocked. We had one issue with a key that Vincenza took care of within an hour. What I really enjoyed was the fact that while we had easy access to the sights, we had the feel of living like locals and getting a taste of local life. At the end of our stay, Vincenza arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again in this property or to recommend it to family and friends.

Vincenza arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport for a nominal fee. She sent us a list of restaurants in the area ahead of time and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She met us at the immaculate apartment with her son and showed us where everything was located in the apartment… The apartment was furnished in a modern style and was immaculate… We REALLY loved the apartment and loved our stay!

Vincenza’s beautifully decorated flat exceeded our expectations. Lots of room for our family of 4. Flat is stocked with everything you need. Location is ideal for heading out on foot and exploring Rome. €13 taxi from Termini station. Vincenza is also super helpful and responsive. She allowed us an early check in after our all night travel and helped us get early morning transport on our departure day. Truly a dream vacation. Thank you Vincenza!!!

Clean and comfortable! Easy to get around Rome using underground. Great neighbourhood for evening Spritz! Groceries close and many options for dining or take away. The air conditioning was very appreciated as was Vincenza’s kindness in arranging airport transportation for us. Grazie Vincenza!

Our host provided absolutely everything one could need! We stayed for 7 nights very comfortably in this easily accessible apartment, a short walk from the Cipro Metro. Vincenza met us at check in with an English interpreter to assist us with all questions. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend!

So many great things to say about Vincenza. She arranged for us to be picked up at the airport - the driver was there when we arrived and knew where to go, making it a smooth pick up. At the apartment Julia met us and she was lovely. She showed us how everything in the apartment worked. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What you see in the photos is a true representation of the space. It was very clean and tidy. Thank you Vincenza for making our stay in Rome a pleasant one.

This was honestly one of the best vacation homes we've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed down to laundry detergent and coffee. They even took the time during the check-in process to explain every little thing about the home, walk us through public transportation, provide food recommendations in the area, and even arranged our airport transportation. I can't recommend Vincenza and her home highly enough.

This beautiful Apartment has everything you need. It is very close to the Metro, Bus Station, Grocery Store. I needed help to see a Dentist. I called the Apartment Owner and she arrived immediately and she set up a time with her Dentist. She drove me with her personal Car to the Appointment and was right on my side. After that we had lunch and she drove me back home to the Apartment! The Apartment is located in a very safe area. You will be welcomed warmly and if you need help in any way Venezuela will always be there for you!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, we walked everywhere (except the Colosseum) and we were thoroughly impressed with all the touches like home in this place. Air Conditioning was a treat after walking all day in Rome. Metro station nearby although we hardly used it as we like walking and seeing the neighbourhoods for ourselves. There was a washer and a clothes rack to dry clothes. Dish detergent was provided, even shampoo and body wash. We felt truly at home, bed was comfy and Host and representatives were welcoming and easy to deal with, providing tips and handy suggestions as part of the stay. We wish we had an extra few days in Rome. We hope to return to this apartment again! Thank you so much!

This apartment is truly a home away from home. It has nice hardwood floors, is very spacious, and has many windows and great air conditioning. The kitchen is large and had a large fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher! It has a gated entry and a locked door to the building as well - and it up one flight of stairs, so it feels safe. The neighborhood isn’t anything fancy - some trash and graffiti - but it’s very close to a Metro station and there are several restaurants and grocery within easy walking distance. It’s a bit far to walk to any sights other than the Vatican and the castle.

Good place to stay. Five minute walk to Cipro metro station, and even less to Carrefour supermarket, which is open 24/7. Flat itself is very secure, and the family who own it couldn't be more helpful.

Loved this place, it is nice to be away from the Center of Rome but only 3 blocks to Metro. Pleasant and friendly hostess. Living are nicely decorated. Full kitchen. Living room hide-a-bed not great for a light sleeper. But bedroom is very quiet. I recommend this lovely place.

"We were delighted by the standard of the apartment. It is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything necessary for a self catering holiday. It is also located on a quiet street but close to all amenities and with bus and metro services close by for easy access to central Rome. Albina was a most charming and helpful host.
