Location and view are amazing!
Late breakfast. I had to leave early and nothing around the area was open. Other people who stayed said staff sent breakfast the night before to their room for the next day. This was not offered to us.
For this price point there should be an early breakfast like 7:30 am.

The convenient location was superb and the view from my bedroom to Piazza Navona was sublime.

The location, staff, breakfast and size of room with its boutique feel were perfect.
Make sure you meet Francesco at his bar next door for a very warm welcome!

The hotel is in a great spot near Piazza Navona, which is ideal for walking around the city. However, there were several frustrating aspects that really took away from the experience.
First, the listing mentions parking, but this is quite misleading. There is no on-site parking — it’s a paid public garage across the river, about a 15-minute walk away, and it’s expensive. On top of that, they don’t mention that the entire city center is part of an ultra low emissions zone (ZTL), so most vehicles aren’t even allowed to drive in. If you’re arriving by car, it’s a headache.
Second, they charge a €20 fee for check-in after 7pm. We arrived just before 7, but by the time we finished paying the city tax, it was 7:01 — and they still charged the late check-in fee. There was no flexibility, and it felt unfair.
Lastly, the check-in counter is only open in the morning, and you have to message them to arrange anything outside of that window — which is not clearly communicated in advance.
In short, the location is great, but the misleading parking info, hidden restrictions, and inflexible check-in policies made for a disappointing stay.
