Enchanté de notre séjour. Nous partions la journée pour explorer l'ile qui est magnifique.

La luminosité de l'appartement, la propreté, l'emplacement proche des commerces, du front de mer, des restaurants . Bien situé géographiquement pour visiter l'ile.

Pleasant enough just the pool and lack of privacy

The apartment was great,it was just next to a busy road and no privacy from people walking past

The pool was disgusting someone come out to clean it but it needs more than cleaning it needs emptying and re painting

Posizione perfetta e tranquilla, a due passi dalla spiaggia senza caos dei locali, facile parcheggio, prezzo del soggiorno adeguato, piscina e teli mare a disposizione. Host disponibile sempre e risposta immediata.disponibile asciugacapelli, lavatrice, tostapane, caffettiera americana, spremiagrumi, stoviglie a sufficienza. È presente una piscina.. Julia ci ha consentito il check out più tardi senza pagare nulla, questo ci ha consentito di passare l'ultima giornata in spiaggia e farci la doccia prima di prendere l'aereo in serata. Grazie mille Julia

Purtroppo il residence non ha l aria condizionata e anche a novembre al rientro dalla spiaggia si doveva arieggiare l appartamento perché lo si trovava caldo. Le tende oscuranti del soggiorno erano staccate dalla riloga in più parti, basta poco per rendere più ordinato l ambiente. Ci sono formiche, attenzione a lasciare cibo e pattume aperti.il cambio delle lenzuola e asciugamani è previsto dopo una settimana, gentilmente abbiamo avuto i teli doccia prima a richiesta. Non ci sono prodotti per le pulizie, sarebbe utile almeno un prodotto per pulire il bagno.

The apartment was clean and ridy , had a problem with the door and broken fans which was promptly fixed and comunication was very quick from them .very complex with only a few apartments meant it was respected by all staying there , would return and stay if pool was cleaned more .

There was no safe which would have supported with keeping valuables locked away . The pool really lets this complex down doesn't get cleaned everyday and with frees and bushes around means it gets dirty very quickly which lets the stay down ,

I found everything reasonably good but staff were very rude as we were told we could have a late check out and the day we were flying home we were told we couldn't and staff were being very disrespectful and they couldn't find the keys we gave them back then accused us of having the keys which we clearly gave to the cleaner and even handed him a set of keys he dropped outside our apartment place was basic but reasonable and not far from the strip only thing was no air conditioning and the apartment was so hot all the time and pool was very small and dirty not cleaned much bugs and leaves always floating in it. I think if they have no lobby or anywhere for people to sit while waiting on there flight they should give people a late check out like other apartment places or hotels have waiting area. As we were talking to other people that were staying there and had the same problem

Everything about this property was amazing. The location was only a very short walk to the strip. It was spotlessly clean. The host organised our taxi back to the airport and was extremely accommodating. The pool was perfect and very private. Already planning our stay next year

Our stay at Jazmin, Los Dias

The location was good. We were able to rent a car nearby and explore the island. We were a short walking distance from the beach and restaurants/ pubs.

When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered the property. The pool wasn't clean and didn't appear to be maintained during our stay.

A great location to be based for a stay at PDC. It is quiet and about 800 from the beach.

This self catering appt is a set of small apartments. It's a much better place to get a good nights sleep than an hotel for example, Also has fridge freezer, cooker, and a shop maybe 200m down the road. Good WiFi.

Nothing big. Extra pillows, although when we requested them they were delivered to our apartment the next day. I wish we had taken our Chromecast dongle for Netflix/Amazon etc. as all the TV channels were Spanish. We will if we return, which we may well.

10 day break

Nice spacious apartment, good size TV (British channels available). Well equipped kitchen with hob and microwave. Bed very comfortable and spacious. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the main strip for bars & restaurants, in the other direction 2 minutes to bus stop for No.03 (Arreciffe, CostaTeguise & No.161 to Arreciffe Airport).

Could have done with bin liners provided - just the one already in the bin - a couple of bags provided at bottom of bin would've been great!

A fantastic apartment which we wouldn't hesitate to return to.

A little gem of a place. A really comfortable apartment with everything you need in it. Comfortable bed and great shower and very roomy for the two of us. Spotlessly clean and loved the area as well.

lovely place to stay, any small problems we had were dealt with immediately. Our host Julia was so nice & helpful.

Could have done with an umbrella as patio a sun trap in the afternoon sun.

Simple apartment within walking distance of the boulevard with fine facilities but with possibilities for improvement.

Great location and everything was there that we needed.

The shower got cold quite fast, the doors and windows did not all lock properly and the apartment got very warm even begin January.
