Nestled in Alvor, this lovely condo for $138 per night is a great option for your next vacation. For those who appreciate refinement, quality and privacy. A new apartment on the 2nd floor (Top) with air conditioning and WIFI and access by stairs outside in the garden or by elevator. With modern decor, composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub, shower and window, a large living room with dining area with table for max 6 people and with windows facing the sea and with access to a balcony. In the living room has a chaise long sofa, LCD w/Cable TV with (BBC), a 2nd sofa that converts into two independent single beds. An independent and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, toast, grill, Coffe Machine. In the balcony, that surrounding the entire living room has a table for four people with a amazing open sea view, without any construction between the apartment and the sea. You can see the lighthouse from city of Lagos which is approximately 20km. The balcony has a movable awning, so you can choose between the shadow and the sun while drinking a glass of wine and enjoying the view. Balcony facing south with sun from morning to late afternoon. Quiet and protected from the usual noise of the swiming pools. Inside Private Parking (uncovered or underground garage). WIFI available. Privileged location. 200m from the beach, 200m from the village center, shops, restaurants and pubs.10 minutes walking to procteted nature area with wood walkways throug natural park (Ria de Alvor).

Second stay at this property this time with the addition of air conditioning. Everything was spot on, great apartment with great views of the Atlantic Ocean and in a great position for everything Alvor has to offer plus a short walk to the beautiful beaches.

Apartment is exactly as described including the wonderful sea view from the balcony.Perfectly located for beach access and town, in quiet neighborhood. Apartment has everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay, including beach chairs/umbrella. Kelly was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return!

Had a fabulous week in Alvor at Nuno’s apartment. It is in a fabulous location with a wonderful balcony sea view. Check in with Kelly was punctual and she was very welcoming. The apartment is large, very clean and well equipped. Loved the stay and will return. Thank you

Just back from 10 days in this lovely apartment. Would highly recommend it. So close to beach and town. Alvor was fairly busy but we always got into restaurants. Weather was much hotter than we expected so the air conditioning was an added bonus. Hopefully be back sometime soon.

Apartamento com tudo o que é necessário. Um terraço fabuloso virado para o mar. Piscina tranquila e ambiente do condomínio calmo. Condomínio com ótima localização. Pode-se ir a pé para todo o lado (praia, centro de Alvor, supermercado). Proprietário sempre disponível para responder às questões colocadas.

This property is in an excellent situation, close to the village of Alvor, the beach and close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. This property being in a level, (not hilly) locale is ideal for anyone with walking difficulties and though situated on the second floor has modern lifts within the gated complex. I stress “lifts” as the one nearest the apartment did go out of service on our first weekend but there are other lifts nearby. Some of the cutlery could be improved ( no bread knife and the wok in poor condition) but most of what you need is supplied. The balcony of the flat has a good outlook over the open grassland to the ocean. I would however suggest that the window blinds be at least repaired to allow them to open and close fully to allow full appreciation of the vista whilst giving privacy as the flat is partially overlooked by other apartments nearby. In summary I could consider staying here again and would recommend, given the minor improvements that I have suggested being carried out. I made contact with Kelly, the agent for the property and though she could not attend herself made arrangements for her mother in law to allow us to access the flat earlier. We did have to contact Kelly later in the week as we could not find any change of bedding. This was dealt with a couple of days later.

Wir haben die Wochen in diesem Apartment sehr genossen und würden wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Strand, Zentrum, Supermarket alles innerhalb von 5 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Zu beachten (speziell für Langzeitaufenthalter) Kingsize Bett: eher klein geraten, nicht geeignet für Personen mit einigen Kilos zu viel. TV: keine deutschsprachigen Channels, auch kein englischsprachiger Nachrichtensender Keine deutschsprachigen Gäste in diesen Apartments (90% UK) - kann als Vorteil wie Nachteil angesehen werden. Demzufolge jegliche Kommunikation (Agentur, Gäste) nur in Englisch möglich

Ideal position in the complex with a south facing balcony getting the sun for most of the day. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The bars and the beach are only a few minutes walk, plus an excellent supermarket just up the road. All in all thoroughly recommend.

Lovely, clean, modern apartment, with balcony catching the sun most of the day. Nice view across green area and out to the sea. Very good pool area, with plenty of room for all. Well maintained and attractive gardens. Alvor with all its lovely restaurants and shops only a ten minute stroll away. Kelly, who looks after the apartment, lives in Alvor and was on hand to sort out any queries. Beautiful, clean beach a ten minute walk away, with a very friendly chap looking after the sunbeds. We can also recommend the restaurant on the beach itself.

Just returned after a two week stay in this excellent apartment. Everything described in the write up about the apartment and the complex were just as stated. Already rebooked for next year. Very easy booking and sorting payment out with Nuno. Met Kelly within minutes of arriving at apartment complex who full explained everything about apartment ,complex , and surrounding area. No one would be disappointed with the village of Alvor, magnificent beach and walkway.David

Booked this apartment with Kelly after emailing Nuno the owner. We met Kelly on arrival and found her helpful and informative.The apartment was ideal,spacious, clean, well equipped and perfectly situated being a 5 minute gentle walk to town centre and lovely restaurants and bars and a similar walk to the beaches.The pool area was lovely with a separate childrens pool and the water was a lovely temp for swimming. The whole complex is immaculately kept with on-site parking if you have car hire.There are local bars and supermarkets within 2 mins walk,.We are in our 60's and thoroughly enjoyed the complex but it also looks ideal for families.We will certainly be booking this apartment again as we visit Alvor regularly, could'nt ask for more.
