Located in Cape Canaveral, this lovely house for $347 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Two new units available : Luna and Sol. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Greg the owner was great to respond when we contacted him pre-check in. We did not need to contact him after check in. The property was centrally located and we found it easy to get to most places. The kitchen does not have a coffee pod maker but does have a coffee pot. There were no coffee filters but Duncan is literally right next to the condo so we just walked over there daily. Having stayed in many VRBO's or rentals there were some things I noticed that needed attendance but overall we had a nice time. There is no working smoke detector in the master bedroom. The beds were extremely uncomfortable for all of us but I think that is a matter of comfort and opinion. If you are planning on staying for more than two days you may need to purchase more toilet paper and paper towels. There was random half used groceries in the pantry that we did not touch. Overall it was clean. There were two towels and wash rags in the bathrooms which was not enough for us but we used the beach towels. None of the issues were things that the owner could change on our stay. We did find the thermostat inconsistent but we knew going in that he controls that and you cannot adjust it. We enjoyed the area and there is a lot to do. There are bikes and beach items in the garage that you can use so that is nice.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed the 2 block walk to the beach. The property included beach equipment but if you want to ride the bikes there is an extra rental fee. Checking in was a hassle. The owner wants a photo ID and a rental agreement signed before you arrive at the property. We were doing a tourist attraction when the owner informed me of the requirements. It was really stressful because we didn’t have a good internet connection. The property was advertised for up to 8 guests. Don’t book this property if you have more than 6 guests. The couch bed in the sofa is horrible. You can feel every coil. Not suitable for adults. We did request an air mattress which was delivered. It had a leak in it so the teenagers had their heads to the floor by morning. If you have kids who don’t care about comfort while they sleep then by all means put them on the couch bed or leaky air mattress. No sheets were available for the first night on the couch bed or air mattress. The kitchen is suitably stocked and laundry soap is available.

Very clean and spacious property! Super comfy beds! Great location for getting to the beach, grocery store and restaurants! The only downfall was the smell of the trash by the garage entrance from the restaurant next door!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay. Easy access to the beach. Private baths for every bedroom iwas appreciated for our family, 2 couples and 1 single adult. Clean rooms and simple decor. Large family area downstairs. Access and checkout were painless. Owner was helpful and easy to work with.

After being in a hotel for three days, my family was so happy to be in this house for a few days and hit the beach! The house is huge and clean, and we were so happy that everybody had their own bed, their own room, their own TV and their own bathroom. The washer and dryer were great, and we were so happy to have all the beach stuff right there in the garage including a beach, umbrella and beach toys. Lots of restaurants and bars close by, and walking distance to the beach. House is clean and very comfortable! Thank you!

We came down for a short trip to the beach and to the Kennedy Space Center. The house is very spacious and right in the heart of a lot activities, a lot are walkable. Greg is easy to connect with and made the entire process smooth!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and New Years and we were not disappointed! This house is exactly how the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone and a prime location. Although it was unusually cold at the start of our stay and we ended up spending more time in Orlando than we did in Cocoa Beach we would choose this place all over again. Greg was awesome, great with communication. I would recommend this property 100000% and cannot wait to return!

We recently had a wonderful stay at this property for a few days. The house was very modern, very nice, and very clean on our arrival -- not always the case with short term rentals. The location was perfect for us, just a short block or two to the beach and close to a supermarket, restaurants, and lots of fun activities. Would definitely stay here again!

3 couples rented the house together and we had a wonderful time. It was large enough that we didn’t feel crowded. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Great location! The beach was a block away and many restaurants and the pier were in walking distance. Greg, the owner, was very responsive to our needs.

This home is in a very good location, steps away from amenities and the beach which is great. Make sure you read the profile and understand what you are signing up for. The thermostat is locked so if you want to adjust anything you need to contact the owner. He is very responsive and accommodating which is great but it’s still something that should be factored into your stay. The house was reasonably clean, floors were pretty grimy but it’s a beach house, sand is constantly being tracked in and out. There is an extra box fan in one of the rooms that helps move the warm air around to give some relief but it’s very loud and very dirty. My advice if you like to be in cooler temps is to negotiate up front for a temp that the host can accommodate for the length of your stay, may make the experience a whole lot better than ours. Let be clear though, this was our fault…when I looked back all the info was in the profile (not sure if it was when I originally booked but It may have been). I should have noticed the restrictions on the thermostat and negotiated up front.

Property is new and well maintained. Check-in was easy and host was responsive when we asked for the AC not to be so cold at night. We enjoyed 2 rocket launches while here for a family wedding. Beaches were far less crowded than other areas of Florida in June. Only negative is that a step stool is needed to reach the controls on the dryer had I planned to do laundry.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed. We were a five minute walk from the beach! Greg was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!

Our time was wonderful. Location was superb. A quick walk to the beach. Everything you could possibly need for the beach was provided. The beaches weren’t crowded, even on the holiday weekend. Lots of options for food nearby. Greg was easy to get in touch with at both check in and check out. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and seasonings. Everything is new and in great working order. Plenty of linens and beach towels. The only thing that would’ve made our stay better would be slightly softer mattresses. We loved cocoa (it was our first visit)! We visited Cape Canaveral and KSC, both of which are just short drives from the house. We will definitely be back and would love to stay Greg’s home again!

Very pleased with our stay. Beautiful home, and exactly what you see in the pictures. Prime location close to everything and 1 block from the beach. We are very picky, and the home was spacious, VERY clean and definitely not disappoint. The owner had all the basic necessities ready, plus more. From beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, household products. We were very impressed. This was our very 1st time in cocoa beach, therefore did not know what to expect. It is a very laid back area, a lot of places did close early, so not much to do after hours. However, if you are looking for relaxation for the family, traffic free, beachy feel, this is the place.

The property was nice and clean. Very spacious bedrooms, bathrooms - every room actually. Decorated very nicely. Short walk to the beach, the pier, and a couple of restaurants. I loved the location. Greg was very prompt with communication both prior to my booking and while I was in the home and helped me out when I asked him questions about concerns I had with my elderly parents in the home. Our get together in Cocoa Beach was awesome. This property is just the perfect place to stay at. There was plenty of room foe everyone not just in the bedrooms but also downstairs living area. The owner provided many amenities which we made use of. If you have children there is entertainment for them. There were also bicycles to use. It was a very comfortable, spacious, updated, and accommodating condo. We will definitely return for another trip here. Thank you.

A+++ home and location. 1 quiet block to the beach/pier and safe for kids to walk by themselves. Cheerful home with fun features and decor. Plenty of beach toys and bikes in the garage. Everyone had their own spaces with private bathrooms in each bedroom. Greg was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond. This is our new go-to home for our travels to CB!
