About this condo rental

Nestled in Antibes, this charming condo for $366 per night is a great option for your next trip. The apartment is spacious (75m2) and sunny, all rooms open to a large balcony, South-west facing with a partial view to the sea and islands of Cannes, as well as to the parc with mediteranean vegetation and hundered years old olive trees. A seperate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffeemachine and a washing machine in a seperate storage room. The spacious living area has a comfortable fold-out sofa which can be used as additional sleeping facility (french size bed 1,40m suitable for 2 persons), flat screen (TV satellite), WiFi, large dinnig table. Two bedrooms, each room has Twinbeds (to be used as Queenbed , 1 x 1,80m, or can be used as two Single beds, 2 x 0,90m), with wardrobe and both open to a balcony On the balcony there is a second dining table for al fresco dining and sunlounges. The accomodation has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with Shower, the second with a huge shower and toilette, as well as a second toilet which is seperat. The property is very comfortable, high standing and tastefully decorated. In the parc of the residence there is a beautiful huge pool (22mx11m) , which is secured and garded and therefor also suitable for children. For guests coming by car a secured garage is at their disposal (no extra charge), please check size when arriving with a SUV ! The apartment has Airconditioning , in the main room and the South facing sleeping room. The north facing sleeping room has a fan. Please note that the final cleaning is at an extra charge of 75 Euros and is due in cashon departure.

Lovely apartment although overlooked by other apartments,it was clean and ideal for our stay Sun on apartment late afternoon allowing you to eat on the terrace in the evening The cleaning fee of €75 was asked for as we were leaving which we weren’t expecting and not mentioned on the booking information

The apartment was beautiful, the views outstanding, the bird song relaxing . The pool was quiet and clean and Beate our host did everything she could to advise us and help us with local information. By end of holiday it was like leaving the perfect home I was very attached to the accommodation. The terrace was amazing for dinners and as such we saved money , all in all the apartment made the holiday perfect .

We are a norwegian/ swedish family, with three children (18, 15 and 13 years old, respectively). We hired the appartment for 1 week. The appartment has a perfect location, right between Antibes and Juan les Pins - makes it possible to vary activities in these two places. Also close to train station (approx 10 minutes), which makes it possible to do day trips to other locations in the area. Short walk to beautiful beaches, shops and restautants. Appartment has two twin bed rooms and an additional possibility to use a bed sofa in the living room. Large balcony, with table and chairs, which we used for breakfast and evening relaxation. From the balcony you can see the sea. AC and curtains makes it possible to keep a good temperature inside the appartment. The appartment gives a fresh impression. The host of this apartment is a five-star host. Reliable, answering e-mails quickly, helpful, professional, and used long time explaining all the details during check in. The host also gave us a very good introduction to the whole area, gave us tips etc. We can really recommend this appartment and host.

Nice stay! Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the town which was very useful when wanting to go for dinner, shopping, etc. Overall it was a lovely apartment/ stay.

We booked this wonderful apartment pre-Covid and understandably had many reservations about whether we should travel from the UK; Beate was understanding and supportive throughout the entire process and I’m so glad we chose to go. The apartment is so well-maintained and cleaned to a high standard which was reassuring in these strange times. The apartment block is quiet and very nice with the great addition of a communal pool, which the kids loved. Really close to the town of Juan les Pins and local shops and also the beautiful beaches. Great apartment for families as even if you choose not to go out in the evenings, the large balcony is perfect for enjoying dinner and rosé. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Our heartfelt thanks to Beate for a perfect stay.

My family had such a lovely stay in Beate's flat in Antibes. She was the perfect host: meeting us at the flat on our arrival and showing us all the rooms, whereabouts of things. She told us bits about the area (grocery store, beaches, etc) and also the apartment complex (pool hours and such). The flat itself was exactly what my husband, 2 children and I were after for a week in France. The balcony was great to have our meals on, the kitchen is a great size, no issues with the wifi, 2 good sized bathrooms, bedrooms were comfortable. The location is great for both Juan Les Pins and Antibes. Very walkable area, we didn't move our car from the garage once all week. It's about 5 minutes to the Juan Les Pins train station (access to Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and Beate as a host. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already thinking of when we'll go back.

Apartment Byblos is a fantastic apartment of a high standard, centrally located for day trips to Cannes, Monaco & Monte Carlo, Nice and Ventimiglia in Italy. Both the train station and Bus are within a five minute walk and an abundance of shops and supermarkets are only minutes away. There are several beaches also within a five to ten minute walk, both public and private in Juan Les Pins or Antibes. The owner of the apartment Beate is very accommodating and was always available to answer any questions we had. Well worth a visit!!
