This modern, stylish apartment (83 m²) with 2 bedrooms is located in a quiet and central spot in the heart of the Bavarian golf and spa region, also known as the Rottal Spa Triangle, between Bad Füssing, Bad Griesbach, and Bad Birnbach.

The apartment’s amenities leave nothing to be desired!
The very bright kitchen, featuring a comfortable dining area, seats 5 people. The comfortably furnished living room with a balcony offers a beautiful view of the open countryside. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower/tub/toilet, a hallway with a shoe closet, a storage room, a dryer, and a large garden. All modern household amenities can be found in the apartment.
Adventure Week: 443 € for 2 people, including 7 nights’ accommodation, 10 meals (lunch or dinner), 10 admissions to the thermal baths in Bad Füssing / Griesbach / Birnbach, and free admission to many attractions in the Passau area. Adventure Week(s) from April through October: We offer adventure weeks for 2 people at a price of 429.00 euros (including all additional costs) with the following inclusions: 7 nights in an apartment and 10 inn meals (5 per person) and 10 thermal baths (5 per person) with an all-inclusive Passaucard. You can enjoy the thermal baths once at Europa Therme, Therme 1, and Johannesbad in Bad Füssing, and once each at the thermal baths in Bad Birnbach and Bad Griesbach. With the Passaucard, you can use over 100 free tickets for many attractions. For example: a Three-River Cruise on the Danube in Passau, a boat tour on the Inn River in Schärding (Austria), museums, historical monuments, amusement parks—Pullmann City—a lively western-themed town, the Ortenburg Bird and Wildlife Park, bike rentals in Eging, and much more. Enjoy plenty with the all-inclusive Passaucard and save even more. Discover the Passau region—it’s worth it!

Winter promotion week—from November through February: Winter promotional week for 2 people for 399 euros (including all additional costs) with the following inclusions: 7 nights + 10 nights (5 per person) Lunch or dinner + 10 thermal baths (5 per person) with the Passaucard.

Grocery store: 1 km away. Located on the farm (fresh produce available!) and offers, among other things, sausage, meat, pasta, potatoes, eggs, bread, jams, juices, and much more.

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Von der Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden (Gewürze,Topfen,Pfannen, Spülmaschine usw.). Die Familie ist freundlich und bei den organsiatorischen Dingen sind Sie unkompliziert.
