Take a stroll down the beach or fish from the pier. Walk to grocery and restaurants. Sleep peacefully to the sound of the ocean in the oversized master bedroom. Double balconies - one is off the living area and is furnished with a dining table and rocking chairs. The second balcony is off the master bedroom and has two lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Flat screen TV's with cable in living area, master bedroom and second bedroom. Free secure wireless internet. Large over-sized second bedroom can be converted from king size bedroom to 2 twin beds with prior notice. Queen sleeper sofa in living area. Swimming pool on 4th floor overlooking the beach. Two elevators with plenty of luggage carts for easy transportation of your luggage from the covered parking garage. No hassle check-in. No front desk and no standing in line. Walk to large grocery, restaurants, ice cream shop, bars and watersports - just 1 block away. PLEASE NOTE: Our condo association DOES NOT PERMIT PETS OR MOTORCYCLES on the property. Short drive to shopping - (Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall, The Market Commons), all Myrtle Beach attractions (Ripley's Aquarium, Brookgreen Gardens, Palace Theater, Legends in Concert, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre) and the amazing restaurants of the Grand Strand.

To leave a five star review certain things have to happen. And they happened here. The property manager Debbie is absolutely incredible. I had to connect with her prior to my stay, and she was super responsive and very friendly and accommodating.
I traveled by myself to this location and I felt incredibly safe the entire time it it’s very well lit in the street area and the grocery store is an easy five minute walk and it has everything that I needed. The condo is in great shape and really well cared for. I definitely will be coming back during the summer months to get some extra beach time.

The previous reviews hit the mail on the head. The location is convenient. Super easy access to beach. Right next door to pool and laundry. Spacious master bedroom. Debbie was very available and communicated quickly. Honestly, no complaints at all.

Perfect. The patios! The owner was helpful and responsive. Great location - everything you could possibly need is available within easy walking distance. Town of North Myrtle does a great job keeping the beach clean and safe and they have umbrella/chair service.

Loved, loved, loved this condo! The views from the 2 balconies were breathtaking and the furniture was so comfortable when we weren't walking the beach we read and ate almost all our meals out there. The beautiful beach is just steps away down the elevator. Parking was so easy and the pool and laundry were on our floor so very convenient. The condo was the cleanest we have ever rented and it was very spacious. The furniture looked brand new and everything looked freshly painted. Loved how Debra decorated with the beachy theme. Really liked how the fridge was empty and counters were not cluttered so we had a place for our own food. Preparing our meals was so easy with all the pots, pans and a even a closet with every appliance you would need. Everything was so organized in the whole condo. The location can't be beat because grocery store, ice cream shop and restaurants were just out the door. Debra was so easy to communicate with and everything about the condo was just perfect! We can't wait to go back!!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Not our first stay, definitely will not be our last stay! Debbie is amazing to work with and very thoughtful! Beautiful property….breathtaking location! Even in a tropical storm! (Which we loved, by the way). Cannot recommend this property/owner enough!

Great long weekend at Oceans. Fantastic location, beautiful beach and pool area. The condo was spacious and very clean. Wifi worked great. We spent a lot of time on the balconies, enjoying the view and the comfortable seating out there. We will definitely plan to return here.

We loved the location of this property. Everything was accurately described in the listing. The pool is just a few steps away from the condo. Owner gave great tips on parking making loading and unloading easy. Luggage carts were easily accessible. Absolutely loved our stay there and hope to do it again in the future.

We really enjoyed this property. First time we stayed in a high rise but the 4th floor location was perfect. Unit was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the building security provided by the condo. Excellent location in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Pool was cool and refreshing. Great location as we were close to everything we like. Large bedrooms and 2 separate baths is nice. Place is nice just wish the furniture and beds were nicer. The towels were of great quality and the security is great to know you have to get into the building through a locked door.

Clean and relaxing
This was my first time booking a property through VRBO. It was the best vacation experience we have had so far. I was really impressed with how clean the property was. It was easy check in. We didn’t have any issues that we needed to contact the owner with during our stay, but she was very responsive to my questions beforehand, so I’m confident anything during our stay would have been answered right away. I hope some day we can visit again.

Clean and comfy. Great location right on the beach, private balcony off of master bedroom is my wife and my favorite feature. Amazing sunrises every morning. Great owner communication and ease of check in-check out.

Wonderful stay
The condo is very pretty, nicely designed and decorated, and very well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching the ocean. Getting to the beach was quick and easy. Debbie was very responsive and helpful by text. We highly recommend this stay!

The location is wonderful…on the beach, within walking distance of a grocery store, ice cream shops and other stores/restaurants. I think we took morning walks on the beach every day. It was very clean, furnished and equipped for cooking which was nice when for breakfasts and easy lunches, and suited our family perfectly for our week vacation. It was our home base for all of the memories we made fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, shell hunting, beach going, crabbing, and even for some things down in Myrtle beach such as the pirates voyage show, ropes course, and broadway at the beach. Overall a wonderful property! We hope to return.
