The house is located in the beautiful, quiet suburbs of Kolberg (Kolobrzeg-Budzistowo). You’ll spend the night in beautifully furnished rooms; there are 18 beds in total. The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. The house is situated on a 1,200 m² lot. For horse lovers, there’s the opportunity to take riding lessons at the stables located 400 m away. Just 400 meters away is the public recreation center, featuring a playground, soccer field, tennis courts, and a basketball court. The Parsenta River invites you to enjoy some great fishing. Fishing trips by motorboat on the Baltic Sea and hunting excursions can be arranged by the owner upon request. Kolobrzeg is a popular seaside resort; its long, sandy beach is one of the most beautiful on the Baltic coast. Visitors appreciate the therapeutic effects of the iodine-rich air and mineral springs. The old town, the Leutchturm, and the 220-meter-long pier are the most popular spots to enjoy a sunset. Small shops, cozy cafes, and restaurants in the city center invite you to take a stroll through town.

- Waschbecken in den Zimmern nicht gereinigt

Wir sind als große Familie hingefahren (von 5 bis 84 Jahre war alles dabei). Das Haus war praktisch und gut eingerichtet, bequeme Betten (keine Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss), großer Garten mit Spielecke für die Kleinen (bis ca 6 Jahre). Umgebung ruhig. Mit dem Auto benötigt man nur wenige Minuten zur Altstadt, zum Hafen oder zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief ebenfalls reibungslos und auch bei der anfänglich nicht funktionierenden Heizung wurde schnell Abhilfe geschaffen.
Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit unserer Familie verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Machen wir mit Sicherheit wieder.

Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch und informiert sehr gut. Konnte all unsere Fragen beantworten. Das Objekt ist schön groß, mehrere PkW können parken. Die Sauberkeit war ok, Kaffeemachine,Wasserkocher und einige Reinigungsgeräte musstenbwir erst mal putzen. Einige Möbel könnten tatsächlich einen Austausch vertragen. Im Obergeschoss gibt es keine Rollos, das war bei über 30 °C unangenehm. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wer viel am Strand sein möchte, sollte schon eher ein Fahrzeug haben. Weniger setviceorientiert ist das Portal FeWo. Wir haben viele Informationen vermisst (was ist im Preis enthalten, Zusatzkosten..)
