About this apartment rental
Our apartment is comfortably and peacefully furnished and features 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The sofa in the living room folds out to sleep 2 more people. The bathroom features a separate shower next to a bathtub. In the kitchen, you’ll find a U-shaped kitchenette with an electric stove, sink, and refrigerator with freezer. The living/dining room is equipped with an LED TV and a stereo system. You can use the telephone line installed in the lobby at any time, free of charge. Upon request, we provide free Internet access for guests. In the south-facing sunroom and on the terrace in front, you can relax and unwind on our lounge chairs. Bedding is provided; however, towels (including an initial supply) and other items must be brought by the renter as needed.
You can park your car easily and securely in the underground parking garage.
Bayerbach—your vacation destination: the Lower Bavarian town of Bayerbach, first documented in 1130, now has a population of about 1,800. It is located about 35 km west of Passau, the “City of Three Rivers,” at an elevation of 350 m, nestled among three thermal spas renowned far beyond the borders of Bavaria. The distances to Bad Birnbach and Bad Griesbach are 6 km, and to Bad Füssing 14 km. You can reach the parish town of Pfarrkirchen by car in about 25 km heading west, and neighboring Austria in about

Sie haben in Internet nicht zu viel versprochen. Wir waren schon in vielen verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen, aber diese ist eine von den schönsten.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht und alles in bester Ordnung.
Wir haben bei wunderbarem Wetter die ganze Umgebung angeschaut und jetzt ist leider diese Ferienwoche schon vorbei.
Wir danken Frau S. für ihre nette Betreuung.

Die Wohnung ist vorzüglich ausgestattet und eigerichtet, wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter und die Hausmeisterin sind sehr zuvorkommend.
