About this house rental
The Baltic Sea resort town of Prerow enjoys a unique location by the sea and on the lagoon. It features kilometers of white sandy beaches to the north and a wild, unspoiled beach to the west. Our sunny, quiet townhouse with all the comforts is located in the historic part of Prerow on Hafenstrasse, set back one block from the street. A modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, kettle, toaster, etc.) with a breakfast bar and dining area. Garden facing south and west. Child-friendly garden with a sandbox. Romantic vine-covered pergola with shaded seating. Swedish stove with a window for cozy fall and winter evenings. Two parking spaces for cars and a small shed for bikes and strollers. Beautiful maritime-style tile flooring on the first floor, with a bathtub, toilet, and shower. Oiled hardwood floors in the first-floor bedrooms, also with a bathtub, toilet, and shower. A quiet loft in the attic, open to the staircase but not visible.

Wir hatten nun schon zum zweiten Mal sehr erholsame Tage im schönen Ferienhaus in Prerow verbringen dürfen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangsort für Ausflüge ans Meer und fußläufig sind der Prerower Strand und Supermarkt erreichbar. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferientage!
