This secluded old farmhouse in the heart of the Marche hills, between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, is a 20-minute drive from the beach. The house is situated in a fenced-in garden of 3,000 square meters, surrounded by nature. The property can be accessed via a romantic “strada bianca” lined with tall oak trees. There is an old stand of trees, ample green space, and native plants on the property. Ideally suited for nature lovers who appreciate a beautiful, charming garden. All rooms have access to the greenery. There are many beautifully designed seating areas that offer relaxation and rest. An indoor pool is also available for exclusive use. The house has been fully renovated; the ground-floor apartment measures approximately 120 square meters, and the ground-floor patio is approximately 36 square meters. The large living room, featuring a TV and stereo system, opens onto the dining area and the fully equipped, spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: stove, range hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, blender, toaster, and more. V. The bathroom features a toilet, bidet, sink, shower, and washing machine. There is also a toilet in the entryway. The child-friendly furnishings (crib, high chair, children’s chair, children’s table, and counter) ensures a relaxing family vacation. From all rooms, you can access the garden path and the garden itself. The two small bedrooms face east, while the large bedroom—which can accommodate a crib—faces west. From the terrace, you can see the city wall of Barshi on the other side of the valley.
The pool is oval-shaped, approximately 5x10 meters in size, and 80–180 centimeters deep, It features a Roman ladder, a regular ladder, and a diving board.
A large pergola provides a shaded retreat from the sun. You can park your car in the carport.
Rental rates consist of a base rate and the number of guests. They include electricity, natural gas, water, and final cleaning. Additional charges apply when using the central heating. Bedding and towels are provided free of charge. Pets are charged upon consultation. z. B. The surcharge per dog per week is €100. Since we are a child-friendly home, we would like to adjust the rates accordingly. Please contact us regarding this!!! Rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. On-site support: Our German-speaking property manager will welcome you and show you around the premises. You’ll give them a security deposit (preferably in the form of a check), which will be returned to you upon departure. Please coordinate the departure formalities separately with our on-site support team. You must return the keys by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The garden and pool are maintained by the service (the service staff has access to the property even during your vacation).
