About this villa rental
Welcome to the modern three-story villa with stunning views of Zaton Bay. 500 m² of living space occupy the contemporary interior, each level with a balcony or a terrace. Floor to ceiling windows cover two sides of the house and allow for spectacular views of the Adriatic and the lush green landscape covered in pine and cypress trees. Ensuite bedrooms are on the upper floors while the open plan kitchen, dining area and a lounge with a luxurious sofa and a flatscreen TV are all found on the ground floor showcasing clean white walls and simple elegance. Jacuzzi, sauna,fitness corner and table tennisare also provided for your enjoyment. From here access the large terrace leading to the pool as well as barbecue facilities with alfresco dining table. Welcome to Villa La Mer.With five bedrooms ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two of the bedrooms each have a sofa making room for two more if needed.Located just 10km west of Dubrovnik, Zaton Bay is abundant in marvelous beaches with calm clear water. Plenty of restaurants and shops are available within walking distance. For a full experience of the area we invite you to visit infamous city Dubrovnik, which just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCOpedestrian onlycharming Old Town is enveloped in 10thcentury city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, aperfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. The most important thing is the villa itself, which is fabulous and every bit as good as the information led us to hope. Bedrooms are light and airy and the large beds are very comfortable. The level of equipment is high and everything is of good quality.
There were some issues. The three first floor bedrooms had no aircon all our 8-day stay because it was found to be broken and repairs would have required ducting to be removed from these bedrooms. I accept that there was nothing to be done about this problem once we had arrived but it seems reasonable for this to have been checked before the start of the busy (and hot) season.
Also, though the villa was very well-equipped, none of the equipment had any instructions. I asked the owner about the room safes and he sent me clear and simple instructions.
The washing machine had no instructions and all the labels on it were in Croatian. We translated them but we needed the owner to come and fix the machine which did not work.

Had a lovely stay, Pero and his dad were friendly and welcoming. The villa is in a beautiful location and all bedrooms having en suites was perfect for our group.
I can’t wait to stay again!

Pero was so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was spotless and the views were stunning. Easy to get uber to the old town. We had an amazing experience with our private dining which Pero arranged and with our yoga session. Would highly recommend. We will be back.

this villa is in a great location specially for a morning walk, and close distance to water and a nice restaurants, overall good for a group. main issue was the cleanliness it was not up to our expectations, make sure to emphasize on the hygiene and cleanliness before booking.
