Our family-run, beautiful country house, Arkadia, with 6 vacation apartments, is located in an exclusive, very quiet, and sunny residential area with a magnificent view of the beautiful mountains of Oberstdorf.
Our apartments, which accommodate 1–7 people, are spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with every comfort. All apartments are rated three or four stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

MOUNTAIN RAILWAY TICKETS INCLUDED = Unlimited Hiking (from May to November)—Let’s go, up to the peaks—unlimited mountain railway rides as often as you’d like! Unlimited rides on the following mountain railways: Fellhornbahn, Nebelhornbahn, Söllereckbahn, Kanzelwandbahn, Walmendingerhornbahn, Ifen Chairlift, Heubergarena. The included mountain railway ticket can be booked free of charge upon arrival. In winter, ski passes at special rates during our promotional periods!

We don’t just offer vacation apartments; with us, you’ll experience Oberstdorf hospitality in a cozy and friendly atmosphere. We want to provide you with a “temporary home” during your vacation. Our home is defined by our personal touch.
We’ll give you tips on hiking and where to stop for a bite at cozy inns, keep you informed about events, provide hiking maps, know all the “hidden trails,” and are simply your go-to people for any questions about your vacation. We know the names of our mountains, the difficulty levels of the ski runs, and the snow conditions. We’ll call a taxi, a doctor, a luggage service, or arrange anything else you might need. We know the weather almost as well as the weather forecast.
Our Landhaus ARKADIA is located in a quiet, upscale residential area with almost no traffic. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are just a 2-minute walk away; the Nebelhorn Cable Car, the ice rink, the Erdinger Ski Jumping Arena, and the playground are 5–10 minutes away; and the town center is 10 minutes away.
SUMMER HIKING WEEK: 70-euro discount during the early and late seasons; prices for short stays available upon request. Unlimited hiking—all mountain railways can be booked for free upon arrival! There’s always something happening high up in the mountains—take the gondolas up into the mountains and let your feet do the walking. The view of 400 peaks from the Nebelhorn is breathtaking; the Fellhorn is famous for its variety of rare flowers and plants and is considered one of the most beautiful hiking and flower-viewing mountains in the Alps. Enjoy the warm, soft patches of grass for resting, the high-altitude sunshine for lingering, and alpine huts for a cozy break.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung, alles sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Kommunikation vom Erstkontatk bis zur Buchung verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist für Skifahrer und für Wanderer aufgrund der optimalen Lage zu empfehlen. Hervorragend ist auch der Brötchenservice.

Wir haben diese Jahr die Winterferien in Oberstdorf verlebt und waren mehr als begeistert von der Wohnung und der Betreuung seitens der Vermietung, sehr gut 👍🏻!

Wir hatten insgesamt drei Wohnungen gemietet und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnungen sind liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Für Kinder ist ausreichend Platz sich zu bewegen.
Wir wurden überaus freundlich und herzlich begrüßt und empfangen. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war Fam. Kissner immer für uns ansprechbar.
