This upscale vacation apartment offers 54 m² of living space. It is located in a private ground-floor unit with a balcony (due to its hillside location). All bathroom facilities have been modernized. Here you can enjoy a self-catering vacation centered on “peace and relaxation.”
The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area, equipped with a TV and CD player/radio, as well as a bedroom (bed linens are provided).
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped—with a dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
A bathroom with a shower and toilet—hand towels and bath towels are included.
During the winter months, the rental price includes heating costs. If you wish to have the apartment heated between May 1 and September 30, a fee of 6 € per night will be charged.
A park-like garden with a gazebo and seating area right on the Moselle.
We have a lawn for sunbathing: the tranquility and proximity to the Moselle and the vineyards promise a relaxing vacation.
Wine Sales: We offer you the opportunity to purchase regional wines from various winemakers at our location.
Skiing: Hunsrück, Erbeskopf (downhill and cross-country skiing)
Hiking: Hiking along the Moselhöhenweg trail; via ferrata routes in Zell, Erden, and Bremm (only for experienced hikers)
Biking: Well-maintained bike paths along the Moselle; mountain biking on forest and vineyard trails

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber in einer komfortablen und
geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage war recht zentral. Zudem ein schöner und gepflegter großer Garten.

Sehr sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Objekt. Vermieter/in waren freundlich und sehr kompetent in der Betreuung. Man kann dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen.🤓
