This very well-equipped 2.5-room apartment is located on the top (3rd) floor of the “Golf Residence” apartment building in Davos-Platz (about a 5-minute walk to the conference center). The building has an elevator. The “Golf Residence” is located across from the Davos golf course, which is part of the cross-country ski trails during the winter months. Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach most places on foot. The bus arrives in 2–3 minutes. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and an LCD cable TV (HD) and 1 living room with 2 beds (full-size beds), a dining area for 6 people, a sitting area, a fireplace, and an LCD cable TV (HD). Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel and can be used free of charge. The southwest-facing balcony offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the golf course. The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, electric stove (ceramic), fridge-freezer, microwave, etc.). One bathroom with a toilet (bathtub, 2 sinks, and a toilet) and a guest bathroom. the place is airy and with 3 directions, every place has windows. everything necessary was available in the apartment. very descent and correct host, he was also very helpful and reachable.
