Located in South Padre Island, this attractive house for $344 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time. Beach access is directly across the street. This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony. Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings. A television is in every bedroom, as well as the den. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. All linens are provided. Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store. Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE Island shuttle (another teen favorite). Four guests can sleep comfortably as shown. Well-behaved pets are accepted with owner's approval for $75. Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time. Want to fish? Our guests receive a discount on private bay fishing in the Laguna Madre. This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island, permit no. 2023-0818

Situated across the street from the pedestrian beach access, the view and the sound of the surf was wonderful. The accommodations were excellent - furnishings, appliances, etc were definitely above average. The property manager is exceptional - she bent over backwards to ensure we had an ideal stay.

Perfect family getaway housing. I recommend this location if you want a casual experience away from the crowd. My husband, kids (11 & 14), and I flew into Harlingen Airport and rented a car. Car rental was not much more expensive than the airport shuttle. We arrived around lunch time, and text Lynn for lunch recommendations. She let us know when cleaning was done which got us into the rental an hour earlier. Lynn is so nice and welcoming. All the positive things said about her in other posts are very true. The home location is perfect with a guaranteed off street parking spot. There are two rentals upstairs, and we stayed in the south side. We could see the water and feel the breeze from the front porch. Access to towels, beach gear, umbrella, chairs, cooler (big and small one), and boogie boards were part of why booked, and it was so great to have those at our fingertips. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off. The beach access is right across the street, and allowed several stress free beach visits. The kids would also walk back to the house to grab a drink or snack or take a break. Great place and awesome experience.

This is a wonderful home on the second story with the owner living below. Everything is provided that you will need both in the home and on the beach, which is only a few steps away. a nice, quiet section of the beach area without a lot of traffic noise. We stayed for a week and will be back on our next vacation.

This location was amazing and Lynn (owner) was the best !!!!! We arrived a little earlier than we planned due to flights and car rental. Lynn was great and gave a us a call when the property was ready so we could check in about 1-2 hours before the listed time. Literally the perfect location, walk right across the street to the ocean. You could walk to everything you absolutely need, but may need a ride or rental to get to other things like the dolphin tours etc depending on what you want to do. All the things we needed for the beach were provided, which was fantastic as we flew in, and brought carry ons only. Would stay again if we visit South Pardre. The location was quiet as well which was a bonus, we all slept well while visiting!!

Lynn & Cpt. Kevin are awesome and their place is a gem! Condo and amenities were perfect and so was the location. Highly recommend staying there and be sure to go out bay fishing with Cpt. Kevin. He was great with our kids and made sure we caught fish (red fish we landed tasted amazing!). We’ll be back for sure, thanks!

Will definitely book this place again if I ever go back. The place is so nice and convenient to the beach and nothing on the island is over 10 mins to get to. We didn’t have to bring anything because they had umbrellas, wagons and beach toys on site. The people were friendly and helpful and never bothered us about anything. Well worth the money compared to a hotel.

My family stayed a week and loved being here. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach. The beach access is nice as it's not as crowded as some of the others with parking lots or hotels feeding the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The property managers we very friendly and helpful, with great suggestions on what to do. We loved our stay, and we plan to repeat it the next time we return to the island.

This property was a true gem and Lynn was a lovely host! We brought our pups with us to stay and we loved this spot. It was across the street from a beach access point and had all the amenities we could need or want. It was a great location that is close to restaurants and hot spots. Lynn even called us on the way to make sure we avoided a route that was closed that day due to heavy rains. The only note for those looking to stay - there are two units upstairs (north and south), this was unclear when we booked but didn’t impact our stay at all. We still had more than enough room. We loved it here and will look to book in the future for our next trip to South Padre. Thank you, Lynn, for contributing to our wonderful stay!

Accommodations are on the second floor with a large porch providing a view of the gulf. Cross the street and follow the public access through the dunes to the broad sand beach. Host lives on ground floor, is a year round resident of South Padre Island, and is available by phone to answer any questions about SPI services, attractions, activities, etc. Host’s guide to restaurants, grocery stores, services, etc. is in your accommodation for easy reference. We had an amazing visit to South Padre Island and rented both upstairs units; they were perfect for our family! This rental is directly across from the beach with gorgeous ocean views from the balcony. Many restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance from this unit. Lynn and Captain Kevin are kind and fabulous hosts and provide everything one needs for a perfect, relaxing vaction!

Repeat visitors. Lynn and Kevin are fantastic hosts! Accommodations are always clean and comfortable. Love that there are spices in the kitchen, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags. There are also beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Lynn is quick to respond to inquiries. If you like to fish, book with Capt Kevin - he finds fish!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing trip to the beach. The property listing is accurate. Great location. Great kitchen and a wonderful bed. Excellent location and very relaxing and comfortable house. Loved the front porch! The house is right across the street from the beach and all necessary beach gear is provided by the owner making it a fun and easy beach time! The kitchen was stocked so we cooked some meals in and could easily walk to local restaurants and the grocery store when we wanted to go out. Lynn was always available to answer questions and was extremely helpful. We plan to come back. Great value!

Not even sure where to begin. The location, the property and our hosts were beyond amazing. The property is beautifully furnished and just a short walk to the beach. This little spot was the perfect little getaway we needed. The beds were comfortable, the appliances and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. A quick walk to the grocery store and quick walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lynn and Kevin were super nice and responsive with are questions and needs! We will definitely remember this spot!
