Nice self checkin apartment, a bit strange area.

The apartment is well fitted, self checkin is easy, the parking space exists as advertised. It is quite comfortable. We appreciated the complementary coffee and fresh water.

The area where the apartment is was quite dodgy. Very dirty and felt at times unsafe. Though the host has taken all precautions to ensure safety(CCTV cameras in front of building), it is still quite strange both day and night.

Relatively close - walking distance - from the city center. Clean bed linen, clean towels, spacious.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned: the shower cabin door looked as if it had never been washed. The bathroom walls had the painting on the ceiling with mold and ready to drop. The light is too dim in the bathroom. In the dining area, one of the chairs had breadcrumbs. A bit difficult communication with the owner ( we had to wait 30 min after our arrival as he was not reachable by phone/Whatsapp). Once we got in touch, we did get the instructions about how to check in quickly and clearly.

Very good

The appartement itself is very well located and has a parking lot right in front of the door for those who need it. You reach the beautiful promenade within a five minute walk and there is everything else you will need nearby.

We had an issue with the bed. In the middle of the night, a few slats of the slatted frame collapsed while we were sleeping. Looking at it, it seemed that it was already fixed before.

Very cozy!

Very friendly host that explained everything perfectly without even meeting. The apartment is very cozy, beautiful design and the location is great - very close to the center of the city and all main attractions by walking distance. Loved it.

The boiler for hot water was very confusing, we never managed to keep hot water for more than 3 minutes. Have in mind we visited in January so that was a little problem.

Scam

They didn’t show up and they didn’t answer 50 calls that we called them, we were left with no place to stay in the middle of the night. worst experience ever.

Tasteful apartment with parking!

Very easy to let yourself in. There is a car park space with the property which is extremely handy. We only arrived in the evening and stayed one night, but would definitely stay again if heading back to thessaloniki. Excellent shower, really tastefully decorated property. Fully equipped kitchen, huge balcony.

Not a great view....but that's clutching at straws if trying to find a problem.

Beautiful and cozy

Everything was perfect. The place was clean and tidy. The location is very good as well

The only tip that I would give the host is that It would be much appreciated if there was some water bottles in the refrigerator.

Good facilities experience and good comms from host

Good location, balcony, facilities as one would expect, nicely presented. Host always available on text/whatsapp re queries.

Sofa in main room not very comfortable but acceptable.

Exceptional

The location was perfect just like in photos. Very close to White Tower (the main attraction from Thessaloniki) at 15 minutes walk. The apartment has been equipped with everything you need. The cleaning lady do a great job because the apartment was very clean.

The neighborhood is very noisy. The parking lot is very short and if you have a bigger car, you back of the car will remain in street.
