A balcony and a terrace with awnings, as well as a private parking space, are available. The house was completely renovated in May 2022 and features new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and new furniture. The newly installed kitchen includes an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. There is a bathroom with a shower on every floor, all of which were also completely renovated and newly installed in May 2022.
