A well-maintained 60-square-meter apartment for up to 4 people, featuring a balcony and a magnificent, unobstructed view of the valley and Grimming. Two separate bedrooms with double beds, a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a Blu-ray player. An attic is accessible from the balcony and can be used for storage, e.g., for suitcases. It features a small chair and a drying rack. Building with an elevator.

In the summer, there are various hiking options, thermal baths, and outdoor pools in the village, and snow is guaranteed in winter at Tauplitzalm, which is easily accessible by ski bus from the house or by car in 5 minutes to the Bad Mitterndorf valley station. The hiking trails in the valley are within walking distance. Parking is available right at the house.

Vermieter sehr nett in der Kommunikation , Whg wie auf den Bildern , Küche sehr gut ausgestattet , alles etwas älter aber für uns war es ausreichend .

We had a great stay in this apartment. Everything you need is present. Kitchen is brand new, bathroom a bit outdated but functional. Perfect location just a minute away from the supermarket and 5 minutes from the Alm Strasse.
