Bom, mas esperava melhor

O apartamento (deluxe) é bastante confortável e bem equipado, as camas são confortáveis. A localização não é no centro de Praga, mas é boa e num local calmo.

O pequeno-almoço foi uma desilusão. É definitivamente um ponto que devem melhorar. Tem pouca variedade e muito tempo para reporem alimentos básicos como o pão. Apesar das divisões dentro do apartamento serem boas, ouvia-se bastante barulho vindo dos quartos vizinhos, o suficiente para nos acordar.

Getting scammed wasn't on my to do list

When we arrived in our rooms, we realized that our beds were dirty. As we arrived during the night, I couldn't tell them until the next day. We were asked how long we would be away so that they could take care of it. When we came back after the time we told them, the beds were still dirty. The staff then just came in without knocking. When they saw us, they left again. After we left in the evening, the bed linen was changed in the meantime. Much worse was the scam I got myself into. I had chosen "pay on the spot". When I went to pay, I was told that the transaction had not worked and that I would have to try again later. So I went in the afternoon to pay. When I got back home, I saw that the amount had been debited twice. My stay was almost 4 months ago and despite contacting Booking, I still haven't received the full amount. Since the hotel doesn't reply to any of my messages it feels like they did this on purpose. If I could write a review with 0 stars I would. So don't book the Hotel unless you don't mind paying double!

Dobré na přespání.

Výborná lokalita. Kvalitně odhlučněno, sousedy jsme neslyšeli. Výtah do vyšších pater jistě ocení maminky s kočárky.

Snídaně nebyly dobré. Džus jako z "tangu", špatná kvalita potravin a malý výběr. Ubytování vypadalo poměrně sešle, potřebovalo by jemný botox. Součástí nebyl šampon, docela nás to překvapilo, už jsme to brali jako automatiku. Předražené parkování ve vnitrobloku. Velmi úzké mimochodem, dost komplikovaně se nám dostávalo dovnitř.

It’s a good, clean and quiet place to stay 8/10

Nice location, polite and helpful young man at reception. Anatoly, if I can trust my memory. Clean, big room. With a corridor. Was a little bit noisy first night because of the neighbours. In general very quite neighbourhood. A lot of places to eat and drink around. Perfect temperature in the room. Satisfactory breakfast.

Matras was a little bit too… OK, I was not at 5* hotel. The linings too washed up, with bubbles. Breakfast - rather regular choice. If you come later you get cold, gummy sausages, small piece of cold omelet and too long cooked eggs. But you can save your morning mood with tasty fruits, cheese and charcuterie.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage ist top, man kann alles in der Prager Innenstadt toll erreichen. Das Personal war auch sehr nett. An sich sind es auch schöne Zimmer. Die Betten waren bequem.

Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag unterirdisch, am zweiten dafür ganz gut. Der Parkplatz ist in Miniaturgröße, mehr als drei Autos haben da nicht Platz. Bei unserem Aufenthalt stand plötzlich ein viertes Auto in der Einfahrt und hat alles dicht gemacht. Man kam kaum daran vorbei ins Hauptgebäude oder zur Straße. Ist auch nicht dramatisch, aber die Familie mit dem Stehplatz in der Einfahrt hat letztendlich beim rückwärts raus fahren einen Spiegel eingebüßt. Das hätte das Hotelpersonal verhindern können.

MBoa para relaçao preço.

Muito boa relaçao preço qualidade. Pequeno almoço normal para Residencia, mas sempre com ovos... muito bom.

A recepçao fecha muito cedo e essa indica´çao nao existe no site no momento da reserva, e como o voo atrasou e recebi uma mensagem fiquiei um tanto surpreso... mas correu tudo bem,

Great place for a trip

The hotel was very clean and in a good location near a tram station and not too far from the metro (about 15 min walk). The rooms were well stacked and clean as well. The staff was very helpfull and answered our questions. They gave us recommendations about restaurants and directions to the old town.

A few pieces of furniture seemed unstable and the toilet room could use a mirror

Was good. Comfortable. Great location.

Room and facility was extremely clean.

Breakfast could have been better. One morning there were only two slices of bread in the basket and they both had black mold on them. Wider selection of food would be better.

酒店在一个安静的街区。

我之所以订这家酒店，是因为这家酒店，有自己的停车场。到达之后告诉我酒店的停车场满了。让我把车停到500米外的另外一家酒店的停车场去。我之所以选择这家酒店，就是因为他比另外那家酒店稍微便宜一些，而且也拥有自己独立的停车场。他们自己的停车场很小，只能停放4辆车。这很令我失望。

Nice and spacious room with AC Good location in a nice neighbourhood

We stayed here for 2nd time. The location was good, Holesovice was our starting point for activities. Close to Metro and clubs which we wanted to visit. Also main railway station is just 10mins by tram. A lot of restaurants around, many tram connections. Good bed, table for work good.

The wifi could be better, more stable. Breakfast is good addition to your stay, but i was bit dissapointed with freshness of the bread. The other stuff were ok. Bathroom looks good, pressure of water could be stronger.

Comfortable place on good location

Spacious room, comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but good for the price. Excellent location near tram station and metro.

Missed second chair in room which could fit since it is spacious. Booked double bed but got twin beds. Toilette not working well.

Not luxury but comfortable and great value

beds were super comfy and the room was spacious and airy. Breakfast was simple but filling. staff were friendly and helpful.

bath/shower wasn’t great but still functional. No toiletries/tea/coffee provided as stated.
