About this villa rental
Imagine relaxing in your own private 5-bedroom pool villa in one of South Phuket's most exclusive residential areas. With great views, wonderful privacy and plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes, you won't want to leave. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests and is ideal for families and groups of friends.
Famous Nai Harn Beach is just a 7-minute drive away, and Rawai Beach is about 600 m from the villa as the crow flies. On days when you simply want to put your feet up, our pool with its sun loungers is exactly what you need.
With 1,600 m² of land and 600 m² of living space, you have everything you need to escape everyday life. Whether you enjoy the tropical garden, swim in the 14 m saltwater pool or relax in the shade watching Netflix on the 50-inch TV, it's entirely up to you.
Our goal is to make your holiday as easy as possible. That's why high-speed fibre internet, a gardener, a pool cleaning service, free towels and housekeeping every 3 days are part of your stay, plus a final clean after you depart. If you want a break from cooking, order from our partner restaurant or from a wide range of international restaurants nearby. Once the food arrives, sit back and enjoy it with music from our sound system, indoors or on the terrace.
For sleeping, you have 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Four have their own bathroom; the fifth uses a separate bathroom. One bedroom on the top floor even has a private roof terrace with spectacular views over the palm trees of Rawai and the neighbouring islands. Perfect for enjoying a sunset drink on the outdoor sofas.
For those who love to cook, the Western-style kitchen has marble counters, a kitchen island and a breakfast nook. You will find a very large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, plus crockery and cutlery. A washing machine is free to use, and there is a high chair for little guests.
Covered parking for 3 cars is available inside the electric gate. Most guests rent a car or scooter to explore the island. Scooter rental, shops and restaurants are only a 5-minute walk away.
Like most luxury villas in Phuket, we charge electricity at cost, 7 THB per kWh. You only pay for what you use and can enjoy the air conditioning whenever you like. All bedrooms have laptop-size safes. There is a discreet security camera at the villa entrance.
Please note: visitors or additional persons from outside are not permitted in the villa.

The villa is very comfortable and we were welcomed by Oum upon arrival. Oum showed us around and gave explanations on how everything works. There were also guide books available to discover local flavors and places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the service from Oum was out-standing. We recommend this Villa to any family or group looking for a nice on the island of Phuket.

We were a group of 7 staying at the villa, and wanted a nice place to relax after travellng around Thailand for 2 weeks and that was exactly what we got. We found it very spacious and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The owner was very helpful from my initial contact and all through arranging taxi's from they ferry terminal and then back to Phuket airport, also answering any questions while we were there very quickly.
I would recommed the hire of car to get out and about to see what Phuket has to offer, also there is not many resturants within walking distance of the villa, so used the car a couple of evenings to go into the town. The owner advised of which company to use and they were very reliable and delivered the car and collected it from the villa. (Nina's Car).
The maid on sight was very helpful and her massages were great, well worth it!
The swimming pool was also very well kept and a nice temprature for swimming, in the 6 days we were there the pool maintanance men came twice which was encouraging to see that it is well maintained.
We all had a really great time and would definately recommend the villa.

Lots of space, clean, modern and hard not to enjoy :)Quiet area so for a family that just wanted to relax, I found this the perfect place. Resting by the pool, with a cool beer or a drink, listening to the outdoor music - what is not to like?The pool is large enough to actually swim in as well.Lots of good places to eat in the surroundings, on all levels.Very friendly owners, who answer all questions we had swiftly. I can only recommend!
