About this apartment rental
We are a young, hospitable family renting out two comfortable, cozy rooms—one suitable for children and families of up to 6 people, and the other for up to 4 people. Ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Located above Königstein on the edge of the forest in a quiet, sunny spot with breathtaking views of the Lilienstein, where you can enjoy peace and quiet.
The central location is the ideal starting point for excursions to Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland or even to our state capital, Dresden (Dresden Christmas Striezelmarkt). Bus, train, and boat connections, as well as shops, are a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The hiking trail (Malerweg) to the nearby sandstone cliffs is just a 2-minute walk away. Parking is available on-site. If you’re traveling by train, we’d be happy to pick you up at the train station.

1 living room/bedroom with a sofa bed and a single bed with an additional pull-out function,
1 living room/bedroom with a sofa bed,
1 bathroom with shower and toilet,
1 guest bathroom,
1 kitchen with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle,
toaster, coffee maker, and a cozy seating area.
In the large garden, each apartment has its own seating area with a barbecue.
In the spacious grounds, there is a playground for our younger guests.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und bot alles nötige Equipment für einen entspannten Urlaub. Vorallem die Lage ist ein Traum: am Rand von Königstein, auf einem Berg, mit Blick auf den mächtigen Lilienstein!
Wir konnten sogar schon früher einchecken. Familie Köckritz ist sehr gästefreundlich und immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch in Königstein.

Wir hatten Bungalow, am Haus von Eltern, von Ronny. Ausblick auf die Berge, großer grüner Grundstück mit allem: Grill, Hollywood-Schaukel, Spielplatz für Kinder, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung geteilt auf 2 Stöcke- kleine Küche und Bad oben. Freundliche Eltern, schöne Atmosphäre.
Nur klein Manko: die Kurtaxe ist vor Ort zu bezahlen- 2,20/ p.P Tag, die Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr- 3€, Check-in und out nicht flexibel wie beschrieben, sondern out- um10.00, in- ab 14.00. Es gibt keine Badetücher, nur Handtücher

Wir sind als Familie mit 4 Kindern ( zwischen 7 und 14 Jahren) verreist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Garten mit Blick auf den Lilienstein, bei schlechterem Wetter kann man auch gut im Wintergarten sitzen. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, es war ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden und zum Kochen hat nichts gefehlt. Dank des Schlafsofas waren genug Betten für uns sechs vorhanden.
Die Lage eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle können zu Fuß erreicht werden, so dass wir auch viele Streckenwanderungen unternehmen konnten. Es gibt aber auch viele schöne Wanderwege, die direkt vor Ort losgehen.
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Vielen Dank an Familie Köckritz!
