About this house rental
House for 6-8 persons: approx. 113 m2 on two floors. The ground floor offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (90 x 190 cm) with air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower, a large covered loggia with a fully equipped kitchen, LCD TV, billiard table, and an open fireplace. On the first floor (entrance from outside via the terrace), a large kitchen with dining area, air conditioning and open fireplace is located. Steep stairs lead to the sleeping loft with two single beds (140 x 190 cm each). An additional, newly furnished room is located on the ground floor of your host's house, approx. 10 meters from the main house. The room is approx. 14 m2 and has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a single bed (80 x 200 cm), air conditioning, TV and its own bathroom with shower and washing machine. Private entrance via the covered terrace with another protected sitting area with table and benches.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Private carport on the property. WiFi available free of charge. Four bicycles are also available free of charge.
Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.

Total zuvorkommende Vermieter. Super freundlich und herzlich. Eine großartige Unterkunft mit einem riesigen Garten und vielen Bewegungs- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Tolle Außenküche. Alles sauber und gepflegt.

Wir,2Familien,hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem 400 Jahre alten Haus mit offener Aussenküche,super Gelände für Kind und Hund !Sehr sauber und total netten Vermietern !Das absolute Highlight von bisher 4 Istrienurlauben ! Jens Neumüller

Dieses Ferienhaus und die dortige Region ist einfach klasse. So haben wir uns den Urlaub vorgestellt. 2 Wochen voller Erholung. Für Kleinfamilien genau das richtige. Die Eltern konnten etwas länger ausschlafen und die Kinder waren beschäftigt. Egal ob im Pool, Biliard, Beachvolleyball, Tischtenis,...
Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr gastfreundlich und wir waren herzlichst willkommen.
Tagsüber hat man im Haus alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort und in der Umgebung für den normalen Haushalt genügend.
Ans Meer zum Baden, oder Ausflüge in die Großstädte ist kein Problem. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30min dort.
Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr urig aber richtig schön. Die Schönheit des Hauses ist leider in den Bildern nicht wirklich zu erkennen. Man muss das wirklich vor Ort sehen.
Wichtig ist aber zu wissen, es ist kein 7 Sterne Hotel. :-)
