About this villa rental
The villa contains a fully equipped modern kitchen: electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer and a washing machine with tumble dryer. There is a regular coffee machine next to a Nespresso/Espresso coffee machine, for your comfort. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. For a high standard sleeping comfort, we installed new British beds. Flat screen television and high speed Internet connection in the living room. This room is also equipped with air-conditioning. All rooms have marble floors or tiles and are really easy to clean. Finally, you will find a well-tended garden with palm trees and pool. You can relax on the day bed or use one of the 2 sun beds after swimming. Parking in front of the house. More information on my website. Beach- sun-sea: Golf courses in the surroundings. Here a small outline of golf courses you will find in the region. The closest ones are Golf Club Benalmádena (4,2km) and 'Torrequebrada Golf' (6,4km). More information about this golf course here. Beginners can also play at golf course 'Miraflores' which provides lessons for beginners. The course was designed by Falco Nardi and opened in 1990. Since the golf course has been renovated, it offers now a high standard and varied 18-hole course. The club also has a restaurant and a small bar. More information on the website. Tourist sites: Are you relaxed enough and interested in doing something? You like the culture, like going on a city tour? You could go to Malaga, Ronda, Minas and Marbella, to just mention a few. Also Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar are easy to reach. These cities offer several places of interest and definitively worth a visit. An amazing activity for the whole family is watching dolphins and whales from the streets of Gibraltar. Please inform yourself before your arrival. Not only for a tasty meal but also to relax: anglers have can rent a boat in the harbour of Marbella to go high sea fishing. It is also a paradise for children since there are so many possibilities for them to enjoy; more than a regular stay at the beach. Children can discover the diverse sea life at the 'Sea-Life' Aquarium of Benalmádena. Shopping Centre: Shopping for every occasion No matter if you want to go shopping for everyday needs or to shop more, everything is possible. Bigger malls – like 'La Canada' in Marbella – are very close and a short drive away.

The villa was perfect for us, very well equipped and maintained and ideally situated between Benalmádena Pueblo and Costa. The pool was regularly cleaned and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. A few minor issues with building works next door were sensitively handled and did not impact our stay. The terrace was ideal for al fresco dining and we made good use of the BBQ. There is an excellent butchers in the town and plenty of supermarkets within 5/10 mins drive. The beds were very comfortable, rooms spacious with plenty of storage and fully working air conditioning and WiFi throughout.

Bewertung der Villa
Zunächst einmal ist Frau Esser eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und sich um jegliche Belange kümmert.
Die Villa ist sehr gut gelegen und absolut zentral. Man kommt innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zum Strand, verschiedenen Lebensmittelläden und der Innenstadt.
Die Villa ist sehr groß und geräumig. Man hat viel Platz und genügend Verstaumöglichkeiten für Gegenstände. Es ist toll ausgestattet und es hat kaum an etwas gefehlt. Von der Küchen- bis hin zur Poolaustattung und Liegen, alles ist da.
Die Villa an sich ist sehr schön, vor allem der Pool und die Terasse mit dem großen Grill sind ein Traum! Sogar ein extra Waschraum ist vorhanden.
Alles in allem eine tolle Villa und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Belle villa.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la villa du 3 au 17 juillet 2021. A notre arrivée nous avons été seduit par la taille et la beauté de la villa mieux que sur les photos. Surtout de la chambre à l'étage la vue est époustouflante. Elle est très bien équipée tout y est comme à la maison. Par contre une voiture est indispensable pour tout trajet. Nous qui aimons marcher c'est un vrai périple de se rendre au village à pieds. Nous avons eu un bon contact avec la responsable de la villa en cas de souci elle est restée accessible. Merci à Rakel pour son aide.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances chez Traudl Esser! Nous connaissions déjà la région car nous y venons tous les ans. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de l’Andalousie et particulièrement de la région de Malaga.
Benalmadena est notre ville de choix car elle offre beaucoup d’activités touristiques adaptées aux enfants (la stupa, le château de Comares, un zoo, un parc aquatique juste à côté à Torremolinos, le selwo Marina, Tivoli World, le téléphérique, Puerto Marina...) et c’est une ville centrale pour visiter Málaga, Marbella, Nerja, Córdoba, Mijas,...
Bref une situation idéale dans une maison juste parfaite!!!
Une piscine au top avec une température de l’eau juste idéale par ces températures estivales! Nos enfants y ont passé beaucoup de temps ! (Âge de nos enfants : 4ans, 8 ans et 11 ans).
Nous ne sommes qu’à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage!
La villa est proche de toutes les commodités, en voiture, à mois de 5 minutes.
Voiture indispensable.
Toutes les pièces sont équipées d’une climatisation qui fonctionne à merveilles.
La literie est excellente!
La cuisine est très très bien équipée!
Il y a des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres (mais prévoyez tout de même un diffuseur anti moustique sur les prises car malgré un répulsif et les moustiquaires, nous avons tous été dévorés :-)).
Toutes les conditions étaient réunies dans cette villa pour passer des vacances parfaites!
La résidence est très calme.
La remise des clés s’est effectuée via une boîte à clés sécurisée ce qui nous a permis d’être entièrement autonome sur l’heure d’arrivée (ce qui est plutôt bien quand nous venons de Bretagne avec trois enfants et un chien, les arrêts ne sont pas toujours prévisibles ;-)) et surtout, aucun risque de contact étant donné la situation sanitaire.
La propriétaire est très disponible et à l’écoute.
C’est une des rares villa à accepter les animaux et rien que pour cela je la remercie!
Nous avons enfin trouvé le lieu idéal pour passer nos vacances estivales.
Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine sans aucun doute!!

So glad we chose this villa for our summer holiday especially when it was during covid 19. The villa was very clean plenty of room bigger than advertised. We all had a bathroom and a bonus of a cloakroom wc. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Also a barbecue. As it was during the pandemic we did eat and cook a lot at the villa so the dishwasher came in handy too. The bedrooms were all large doubles with the mastersuite having its own private upstairs balcony. Beds were comfy and air-conditioning in all the rooms which helped as it was still 30 + degrees some nights. A gardener came round 3x a week to clean the pool and tend to the garden which was an added bonus too. We walked down to the beach and back 1 night it took 35mins but it is do able just up hill on the way back. I would recommend hiring a car while staying at the villa, and would not hesitate to recommend the villa and would return again if we come back to Benalmádena. Traudi the owner was also quick at replying to any questions we had

Sehr schöne Villa.
Villa war großartig. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei! Klima, Waschmaschine Kaffeemaschine, Staubsauger.
Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben auch jeden Tag gekocht. Es war mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe vorhanden. Auf der Terasse konnte man gemütlich zusammen essen oder grillen. Der Pool ist riesig. Mann kann kaum auf den Garten und den Pool rein schauen. Privatsphäre ist hier echt klasse! Abends konnten wir im beleuchtetm Pool noch mal mit unseren Kindern Spaß haben. Super war es auch das alle Fenster und die Terassen Tür einen Insektenschutz Schiebetür haben. Es gibt auch in allen Zimmern eine Klimaanlage. Mit der Eigentümerin haben wir total positiv über Email kommuniziert. Regelmäßig kümmert sich die Verwaltung um Garten und Pool. Verwaltung Spricht auch deutsch falls Fragen aufkommen.
Fazit für uns : Unsere Favorit Villa.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

mooie rustig gelegen villa
Wij waren daar 2 weken en vonden het fantastisch. Dicht bij het dorpje, wat zeer gezellig was trouwens. In dit huis is ALLES aanwezig. Ik heb nog nooit een huis gehuurd dat zo compleet was. In de keuken heb je alles wat je thuis hebt en zelf meer. Rustig gelegen met mooi zeezicht vanaf de bovenste verdieping en slechts op 5 minuten van de winkels, dorp, zee enz, met de auto wel te verstaan die je zeker moet hebben.

Endroit très agréable, un séjour très apprécié
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur place. La maison est tes confortable et agréable. Nous avons été bien accueilli. Et les propriétaires ont toujours été disponibles pour nous répondre. Nous retournerons la bas avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour en Andalousie
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison au calme sur la colline, proche d'un petit village blanc (Benalmadena Pueblo), sans vis à vis. Accueil très chaleureux, une bouteille de vin nous a été offerte à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour des vacances reposantes.

Wunderbar entspannend , uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 12+14) haben in diesem schönen Anwesen, für zwei Wochen im Juli, Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus und der Garten lassen wirklich keine Wünsche offen!
Das Haus ist ordentlich, sauber und jedes Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet ( bequeme Betten, gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, genügend Platz für die Kleidung, drei große Badezimmer). Auch die Küche hat alles was man braucht, ebenfalls alles von guter Qualität. Die Fenster sind mit Mückengittern versehen, so dass man diese problemlos nachts auflassen kann. Alle Renovierungs- und Umbauarbeiten die am/im Haus und auf dem Grundstück gemacht wurden, sind sehr harmonisch in das Gesamtbild eingebaut. Der high-speed Internet Zugang hält was er verspricht (wirklich high-speed)!
In dem gepflegten Garten kann man sich schön entspannen und der Pool ist zum schwimmen und reinspringen perfekt. Den Mietwagen kann man auf dem Grundstück parken.
Bei Problemen kann man sich jederzeit an die Vermieterin wenden und bekommt auch schnelle Antwort und Hilfe.
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit hohem Entspannungsfaktor!

Næsten ingen sol
Huset er fint i sig selv, men er bygget forkert i forhold til at man gerne vil have sol ved poolen det meste af dagen. Solen kommer først ved 12-tiden. Og så går der noget tid før den er varm.
Der er heller ikke sol på teressen om morgenen.
Huset er fint og stort. Mange toiletter og plads til mange mennesker. Selve huset er i et niveau, men poolen er i et niveau længere nede hvor der er en mur og kæmpe træer som giver skyggen.

Beautiful place to stay.
We have been visiting this villa already 5 or 6 times, and it's getting better during the years. The owner continiously is busy to improve the house on details. Communication is always fast and smooth. The house itself is nice decorated and has a perfect kitchen with already a lot of things available like spices, vinegar etc. which we find very convenient. It's always a pleasure to return.

wunderschönes Haus mit Pool - sehr empfehlenswert
Dieses Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Pool ist in echt grösser, als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Der Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist absolut top. Umgebung sehr ruhig und ideal zum entspannen. Übergabe ging schnell und sehr unkompliziert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub.

The villa description was very accurate, being located in a quiet area of Benalmadena midway between the Pueblo and Costa. It was cleaned to a high standard and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The villa manager was very helpful. A car is a necessity to reach Benalmadena Pueblo but here you can find numerous shops and excellent restaurants/cafes and the summer Feria is well worth a visit.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Fehlern
Die Übergabe direkt im Haus klappte hervorragend. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Rotwein auf dem Tisch und der Kühlschrank war mit zwei Flaschen Wasser gefüllt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Elektrogeräte sind fast neu und teilweise von Bosch. Die sonstige Möblierung ist teilweise schon älter, aber praktisch. Bei den Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern darf man nicht "geräuschempfindlich" sein. Da sie schon älter sind, arbeiten sie auch entsprechend laut. Das WLan funktioniert hervorragend und auch der SAT-Empfang mit vielen deutschen Sendern hat prima funktioniert. Die Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern weisen leider alle Löcher auf, so dass kein 100%iger Schutz gegeben ist. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Leider war das in der Beschreibung aufgeührte Daybed nicht vorhanden. Auch fehlte ein Sonnenschirm, der aber nachgeliefert wurde. Wir wurden von Nachbarn aus der Umgebung mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass wir NICHTS (noch nicht mal einen Kugelschreiber oder einen Euro für den Einkaufswagen) im Leihwagen liegen lassen sollen, da dieser sonst aufgebrochen wird. Auch sollen wir alle Türen gut verschließen, auch wenn wir nur mal kurz in den Garten zum Pool gehen. Die Kriminalität durch ist ziemlich hoch und wir haben einige deutsche Touristen kennengelernt, die leider ausgeraubt wurden. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin war erstklassig. Vor und während des Aufenthalts war sie immer ansprechbar, hat sich sofot um alles gekümmert und alle Fragen ausführlich beantwortet. Das haben wir so perfekt noch nie erlebt. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn man noch ein paar Infos über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. in einem Ordner vorgefunden hätte. Es lagen nur div. Prospekte zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten lose in einer Schublade. Aber das wäre nur noch das i-Pünktchen oben drauf. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit einer durchweg guten Betreuung.

Gepflegtes Domizil im Villenviertel
Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges Feriendomizil im Villenviertel abseits der sogenannten Touristenpromenaden in Benalmadena, Torremolinos, .... Mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügt über einen schönen Pool, der bei Bedarf und Wetter für die gewünschte Abkühlung sorgt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die britischen "King Size"-Betten, die eine erholsame Nachtruhe gewährleisten.
Sehr empfehlenswert für Urlauber 55+. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes "Muß"!
Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht - ein Wiedersehen ist nicht ausgeschlossen.

Sehr schönes Haus
Die bestens ausgestattete Villa liegt in Strandnähe und dennoch sehr ruhig, wobei man den Garten mit dem großen Swimmingpool ohnehin nur sehr ungern verlässt.
Sehr positiv: die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt direkt beim Haus und nicht irgendwo in einem 30 km entfernten Büro.
Besonders hervorzuheben, da absolut untypisch für Spanien, sind die hervorragenden Matratzen, die für einen wunderbaren Schlaf sorgen!
Ein komplikationsloser, äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt zu einem fairen Preis!

Traumhaus in Andalusien
Wir waren alle begeistert! Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist super ausgestattet, der große wunderschön angelegte Garten lädt zu entspannenden Poolstunden ein. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und all unsere Fragen wurden geduldig beantwortet.Sogar unsere Kinder im Teenageralter waren fasziniert: Benalmadena bietet für jeden etwas: schöne Strände, Entspannung, Sehenswürdigkeiten, abwechslungsreiches Nachtleben, leckeres Essen. ABER nur mit Auto zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder.....

erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Villa
Das Haus befindet sich in einer Top-Lage mit ruhiger Umgebung und einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Es wurde vor kurzem renoviert und ist sehr gepflegt, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlagen und die vielseitige Ausstattung des Ferienhauses lässt einen den Urlaub richtig genießen.
Im hauseigenen Garten runden ein Pool und diverse Orangenbäume den positiven Eindruck ab.
Alles in allem ein super angenehmer Urlaub, in einem tollen Haus mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn.
