About this house rental
Villa Mare is nestled on a 2,000 m² property. The house is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and various terraces. The rest of the grounds are bordered by unspoiled Mediterranean “maccia” scrub and shady pine trees. The terraces offer a magnificent view of the sea and the bay. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are a daily occurrence here. The “standard” patio furniture (for outdoor breakfasts, etc.) is complemented by six lounge chairs. The house features separate living and sleeping areas (connected by a hallway and the kitchen). It includes a living room and dining room, four bedrooms—each with two beds—and two bathrooms. The kitchen was newly renovated for the 2010 season. Everything is provided, from a coffee maker and electric kettle to a dishwasher and washing machine—and, of course, plenty of dishes for more than eight people. The house also has a telephone and satellite TV. Wi-Fi is included. Italian-speaking property manager. Dogs are allowed by arrangement with the landlord, but no more than TWO dogs.

Spent a week in this paradise, an small beach just down the hill, not crowded in spite of high season.
We were six adoults and two small children, all very happy about the house and outside space whith a big barbecue area.
Easy kontakt with owner Arlette and check in with Benedetto.
