About this house rental
A unique historic building, completely renovated in 2008 by the German owner—an architect. After each season, the house is consistently updated to the latest standards.
Features a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a breakfast bar, and high-quality furnishings meeting German standards. Partially overgrown terrace, cool and shady in summer, sunny in spring and fall, with a stunning view of the sea.
Air conditioning and heating throughout the house.
Internet access (free)
2 dining areas, satellite TV, stereo system.
2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds (+ crib)
Storage room on both levels; washing machine provided; table linens, bed linens, towels, beach towels/mats, and lounge chairs also included.
Pets welcome.
For long-term rentals, we can work out a customized solution.
The water stays warm well into November, and hikes in the adjacent Biokovo Mountains are especially wonderful in the spring. You’ll always have a view of the sea. Starting in September, the beaches are empty—for example, the hike along the coast to Makarska and beyond is one of our favorite excursions. You can take the bus or a taxi back.
The house is in a secluded location; you have no immediate neighbors. The terrace is
for your exclusive use and is protected on two sides by the house and a dividing wall, from the front by a cistern, and on the entrance side by a tall rosemary hedge and a fence. There are no adjacent vacation rentals.
The terrace is completely enclosed, making it ideal for small children or even dogs.
All interior rooms have windows with fly screens. You can rest assured that the cleaning is absolutely hygienic.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Brela.
Vor der Anreise hatten wir detaillierte Informationen zur Anfahrt, zum Haus, zur Lage und zur Umgebung per Email erhalten. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme das Haus zu finden. Der Eingang zur Wohnung befindet sich 60 Treppenstufen abwärts. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand sind zu Fuss erreichbar (max. 10min Gehzeit). Wir waren zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.
