The apartment was lovely and the view was stunning. It was nice to have the elevator for trips up and down. The owner was very hospitable and the bus stop being so close was really helpful. I would absolutely rent this property again.

This is a perfect apartment. The terrace is amazing with its panoramic view over the bay and city. The interior is good and well-functioning. The apartment was nice and clean when we arrived, and the hosts are nice and helpful. WiFi didn’t work properly, but the overall experience is clearly at five stars.

We had a fabulous vacation at this lovely apartment!It had everything we needed and more, for our 2 week very comfortable stay. It came with a garage, clothes washer, dish washer, espresso machine, tv, wifi, black out automatic window blinds, and an elevator that opens directly into the apartment! But the best part, by far was the fabulous view from the almost 360 degrees of the spacious balcony! There are 4 sets of tables and chairs, along with lounge chairs, so you can enjoy your coffee or drinks or meals from various spots to follow the sun, including 1 table enclosed in glass, should it be chilly. It was a great way to begin and end our days. In the morning, there were regular sailing lessons, with numerous sail boats to watch, and a large array of ships coming and going in the harbor. And the airport planes were landing and taking off, constantly. At night, with the lights, it was gorgeous! It was interesting to see how the street lights on the Promenade des Anglais go on in sections. It was a quiet, peaceful way to end each day, just watching Nice at night!Florence was a delightful host, who answered my many email questions before we arrived, to make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Location and view was superb! Terraces were even better than the pictures; all-around view of the Mediterranean, and the cruise ships, ferries, fishing boats, yachts and sailboats coming and going very amusing. Easy walking to supermarket, farmers market, restaurants and beach, although hilly but thats why the view is so great! The apartment is very well-equipped for staying in and cooking, easy access with the elevator and staircase entering right into the apartment. Weather in October was lovely and warm, (sometimes we had to seek shade), the sea a 10min. walk just down the hill) still perfect for swimming. We fully intend to return and hopefully stay for a longer time.....les & kathy, Vancouver, Canada
