Situated in Holmes Beach, this attractive condo for $231 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. VRC16-000531 Seabreeze Condo B is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets. This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience. Seabreeze Condo B, located in Holmes Beach, is a very nicely furnished, well maintained, and comfortable two bedroom, two bath unit with a heated pool. This smaller complex is located just a few short steps to the beach and it's just a short stroll down a newly created path to, shopping and restaurants. After a day at the beach, you can relax by the pool or in the private, nicely landscaped picnic area. The spacious, private decks are the perfect place to cat nap or curl up with a special book. Charcoal grills and an onsite coin operated laundry room are provided. This unit offers every amenity to make your stay here comfortable. Recent upgrades include new kitchen cabinets and new living room furniture as well as high speed internet service. There is a 42” television in the living room with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a 24” television. Seabreeze Condo B sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. This is a wonderful and quiet location for your Holmes Beach vacation! There is a one week minimum rental required. Parking is limited to two vehicles. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

This property is in a fabulous location. Someone could easily stay here and not need a vehicle. We opted to get a golf cart for fun, but everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach is 2 blocks away. CVS and Publix is a block away. The free trolley that travels throughout the island has a stop by Publix as well.
We had 5 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The living space was a little tight at times, but there is a great deck to hang out on.

Location, location, location!!! A short two block walk to the white, sandy beaches of Anna Marie Island and Holmes Beach! Nice two bedroom condo. Pool was clean and the condo served its purpose well. Publix grocery, dining and shopping a block away, couldn’t ask for much more. One complaint, the bed in the master bdrm squeaked every time we moved. We were worn out from the beach activities so we slept okay, but that was pretty annoying. Other than that, book this place. Covered parking and ample storage, we had a great stay.

Wonderful. Stayed for about 4 weeks over the holiday break for both Xmas and New Years. Location was perfect! Would stay here again. One highlight - the management company is fantastic. Super helpful! Pros: So much in walking distance and loved the little park on the eastside of the property. The unit was well stocked with all the essentials. Comfy beds and pillows. Great hot water and water pressure. Cons: Which I'm sure the team will address promptly. Could be cleaner. Windows and under things were dusty/hairy/dirty. Unit needs a new vacuum. Heat kicked on and made it even more dusty. Not sure when the furnace filter was changed last/duct work cleaned. Lots of construction in the area. Granted this uncontrollable but did make for some noisy earlier days.

Nice condo, very clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Short walk to the beach, Publix, CVS and of course Skinny's. Only negative would be the poor/mismatched selection of plates, silverware, etc. WE had to go to the Dollar Store to buy spoons and knives to get us thru multiple meals

Enjoyed two week stay and would return next year.Nice location, two block walk to beach. Grocery store,CVS and Walgreens less than a 10 minutes walk. Souvenir shops in same plaza. Pool was nice and enjoyed a quiet/private place. Difficulties with phone and tv cable handled quickly. Really needs more pots and pans, something large enough to cook a crab. Kitchen well stocked with other equipment and nicely furnished.

This condo is 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from the grocery store and other stores, along with several restaurants. Aside from a great location, the condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The pool was amazing! We will definitely return to this great place.

This is a perfect location for all of the fun AMI has to offer. The beach is a close walk, the restaurants are close, the shops are close and the island trolley is just around the corner. The pool is perfect and the quiet units allow for maximum battery recharge.

If you put on a pair of white socks and walked from one room to another, your socks would need changed.Both TVs had been messed with so much that the controls were almost impossible to get to work. Finally got the big one to work somewhat.Many handles for sinks, shower doors, etc. were very loose. Weird toilet in the hallway bath that when you sit down your feet don't touch the floor. I'm 6". And the TP is mounted so low that you have to get off the toilet and lean down to reach it. Mattresses were so soft that I could not sleep on any bed. Had to sleep (kind of) on the couch. I saw a previous trip report from last summer complaining about the bedding, but that obviously was not fixed.
