Located in Holmes Beach, this lovely condo for $280 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Cottage By the Sea is a (no smoking) Unit within the charming Sea Pirate condo complex located on a tranquil and desirable stretch of Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach, Florida. It is tucked away right across the street (less than 100 ft.) from the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the expansive uncrowded and unspoiled white sands of Holmes beach. This newly renovated and beautifully decorated unit with new furniture and linens for the bedrooms, ceramic tile floors, and a new kitchen/dining area, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate comfortably six guests; sorry no pets allowed. Master bedroom has king size bed with Smart TV. In the 2nd bedroom, also with Smart TV, are 2 twin size beds that can be converted into one king size bed. The spacious living room is furnished with sofas, queen size sofa bed and also has a Smart TV, Other amenities include dishes, cook ware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, on-site coin operated laundry, linens, central air conditioning/heat, free cable TV, free Wi-Fi, free telephone, BBQ grill, a spacious private (gated) patio to soak in more sunshine, and relaxation and for al fresco dining. A refreshing dip in the large, heated pool is just steps from your front door. One parking space is assigned to the unit, second car can be parked right behind or in a guest spot. Cottage By the Sea is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants where you'll find a full grocery store, pharmacy, beach shops, and restaurants - you can shop for souvenir items of choice and have dinner at any of the restaurants or you can take a sightseeing tour around Anna Maria Island on the free trolley making stops on the north side up to the historic Anna Maria Pier and southwards down to the historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach and further down to the Coquina Beach. For security purposes, a Ring doorbell is present at the front door. There are no other cameras present in or outside the building or on the property. Monitoring of Ring is inactivated when guests are present.

This is our 3rd year staying here and we love it! Anna has just about everything you need already there. The place is always very clean and inviting. Anna is always quick to respond if you have a question or concern. Nothing bad to say about Anna or her place. Would recommend to anyone!

This was our families third time renting this place and it never disappoints. It has truly become like a home away from home. The owner is super friendly and communicates very well with us. The home is equipped with everything we need for a great week at the beach. We literally get our groceries and everything else is provided. The house is usually clean and well stocked with all the necessities and even a few extras. I would definitely recommend renting this rental if you are looking for affordable with great access to the beach and area shops and restaurants, but then again it might not be available for my family and I to rent.

We love staying at Sea Pirate #8! This is our fourth time at this property and it has become a little home away from home for us. We love quiet it is while still being close to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We will be coming back to our happy place this December! Thank you Anna for providing this delightful place to stay that my family and I enjoy so much!

Our Mother-Daughter trip was very enjoyable. We found the condo very comfortable & furnished with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was terrific being right across the street from the public access. We were located close to shopping & restaurants as well. Anna Maria Island's beaches are beautiful & we will definitely come back again. The property owner Anna was great to work with.

This condo is in the perfect location! Right across the street from beach access. A pool that has great sun and shade spots to enjoy. Quick walk to the shopping plaza that includes restaurants, ice cream, gift shops, Publix, etc… Communication with the owner was easy and directions for check in and check out were simple. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this property is PERFECT! Across the street from a public access beach entry with parking for friends you want to meet up with and just around the corner from a strip mall with everything you might need. And yet when you enter the condo lot, you suddenly feel transported to a cozy private location. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would want to cook and feed a family. We couldn't be happier and are talking about a return trip as soon as we can.

Its a peaceful area that has a good pool and a quick walk to the beach! Not very busy in the area which makes it easy to keep an eye on the younger kids. Anna was great to work with ans very easy. Its a trip we made memories and cant wait to back!

It could of been a little cleaner. I had to move the dresser cause I dropped an earring and it went under there and it was pretty dirty under there. Over all we enjoyed it. Anna was very good with us when I called about the dryer problem.
