About this condo rental

Situated in Holmes Beach, this attractive condo for $286 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Marlin is a triplex building. Unit 202 has one bedroom, one bath with a king bed and a futon sleeper sofa. Unit 204 (VRBO #331207) is a two bedroom one bath unit with a queen bed, two twins and a queen sleeper sofa. Unit 206 (VRBO # 1128353) is a two bedroom one bath unit with a queen bed, two twins and one queen sleeper sofa. Rent all three at the same time and receive a ten percent discount! Perfect for weddings, family reunions or gatherings. The building has a large parking area that can accommodate a boat and trailer and both public boat ramps are no more than a 2 minute drive away. We are located just one block behind the grocery store, shopping and dining. The public beach is less than a block away. You can't beat the location! There is also an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, sink and refrigerator and an outdoor sitting area with tables and chairs. The Marlin is located at the corner at 36th Street and 4th Avenue and because it is not a through way and because there is no public parking, the street is hardly traveled and perfect for children. This property is zoned as a seven day rental. If you do need less than 7 days; please ask; we will see if we can block the remainder of the seven days for you. Our pool is 31'X19'. It has a shallow end with a bench around the perimeter for sitting. The deep end is a large circle perfect for swimming and there is a 'beach' shelf which mimics sitting at the edge of the shore line. Inside the beach when unoccupied is a fountain and when occupied is a jet that created bubble rings. The pool has a four color light system which can be solid or multicolor and illuminates the pool for night enjoyment. Also, there is a HUGE deck around the pool with lounge chairs and tables. Arriving late & don't have time to shop? Would you like your beverages to already be nice and cold for you when you arrive? We can have all of this ready when you arrive. Our fee is $25 plus 10% cost of the groceries. Do you need bicycles, baby items, beach items, a golf cart? We rented the two bedroom unit for 4 adults. It was clean and well-equipped for our stay. The pool and patio were great! The property is perfect for a large group to rent the 3 units. This location was perfect, with the beach a half block away and lots of retail within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a sweet little spot. I as perfect for my family. Easy walk to beach and grocery store. The unit was spacious and cozy. Will definitely be back.

Clean pool, TV needed to be signed in for watching anything. Clean, owners very responsive! Would be nice to rent all three units for a big family or friend gathering.

We rented the place for our son and three of his children to visit us. The location was outstanding as it was a two minute walk to the beach and close to the supermarket, restaurants and shops. A bit small but I don’t think you come to Anna Maria Island to stay inside. The owner/manager was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The pool could use some cleaning but the ocean was so close by it was no problem. The family would love to come back.

This property was just amazing, it was steps away from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in my life. Not a lot of traffic, and very nice family’s around us. The pool was amazing, and showers and hoses were available out side for washing off sand on yourself and chairs. It was so peaceful and plenty of chairs outside to sit and drink your coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. We had bikes delivered the day we got there and you get a discount on rentals for staying here at the Marlin. We rode our bikes everywhere, and it was so much fun for all of us. The owner was so sweet, and responded very quickly. I absolutely loved our trip here and will definitely be back for another visit.

Although the furnishings we a bit dated and we found a few palmetto bugs, which are apparently very common for the area, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the unit, the great amenities, the very close proximity to the beach and some great dining/recreation spots, and how great the owners were to work with. They offered a service to pick up and stock groceries for us and had a great recommendation for a rental service where we were able to get a pack and play for our daughter and an umbrella and chairs for the beach. You can't beat it for the price, we will definitely be going back!

Myself and two friends stayed in this lovely cottage, just steps from the beach, and absolutely loved it! The place was clean, the hostess was responsive and the rate was very reasonable! You can not go wrong renting here!

We just returned from a quick stay over spring break and can’t stop thinking about how lovely our stay was. The condo is older but well kept and very clean. The pool was wonderful and we were just steps away from the beach which was not crowded at all. Many restaurants and shops in the area. We hope to stay again soon!
