Apartment in town house completely renovated, and decorated with care. it is located 30 meters from the shops, 60 meters from the harbor and 1500 meters from the sea, accommodation is on 3 levels. - Ground floor: entrance, bathroom with Italian shower, washer-dryer and wc. -1st floor: living room, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge) dining area, living room with 3-seater convertible sofa, television, internet, WiFi cable access. -2nd floor: bedroom on the mezzanine. view of the port from the living room and bedroom. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Activities: horse riding riding stable yachting sea rowing golf 7 km hiking crossings for the Channel Islands, departure from Carteret (7 km) city of the sea Cherbourg, 45 km landing beaches 30 km Mont st michel 90 km

We enjoyed our stay in Portbail Sur Mer very much. A scenic, quiet place within easy driving distance of Mont St. Michel, Bayeux, D-Day beaches, etc.
The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, a well equipped kitchen, with 3 minute walk to restaurants, grocery store, bakery (fresh baguettes every morning!), wine store, beach and more. Locals were welcoming and friendly. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. She even offered to extend our stay when our original flight was delayed and nearly cost us the first day of our vacation. This is the perfect space for a quiet couple looking for quiet relaxation along the French coast in western Normandy. Highly recommended.

This is a beautifully newly renovated small house tucked away in Portbail. In minutes to walk to town square with all amenities, carrefour, boulangerie, restaurants etc. Minutes on foot to lovely walks around the estuary . Plenty of nearby parking.

Toller Aufenthalt mitten im Ort
Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit liebevollen Details. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.

Appartement en centre ville dans une rue très calme. Ce gîte aménagé avec goût est très agréable à vivre, très lumineux et de la chambre, on aperçoit la mer. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a guidé sur les promenades aux alentours. A recommander !

La mer à quelques pas, les commerces necessaires pas plus loin, et le calme.

Je recommande cet appartement. Il est conforme à l'annonce. Il est situé à 1 min du marché, des commerces de proximité et du havre de Portbail. La communication a été excellente avec la propriétaire.
L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Idéal lorsqu'il faut s'y enfermer dès 18h.

Très satisfaits
Cet appartement de réalisation récente est très confortable, spacieux et lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est très complètement équipée, il ne manque rien ! Nous étions en hiver et c’était bien chauffé. La situation géographique de Portbail permet des excursions dans toute la région. L’accueil de Madame Holley est très chaleureux, en bref, prêts à revenir et à recommander.

Appartement en plein centre, très bien agencé
Appartement superbe, très belle déco, très fonctionnel, très clair, en plein centre, à proximité de superbes promenades dans les dunes, belle vue. Par contre le wifi ne fonctionne pas et il n'y a pas de réseau. Mais il existe un câble ethernet. Nous recommandons cet appart. Région riche en attractions et en culture.

Si vous voulez passer un bon séjour n'hésitez pas à prendre cette location. Elle est bien située avec vue sur le port et la mer, très lumineuse, très bien équipée et la propriétaire est tout à notre écoute avec un excellent accueil

Propriétaire des lieux très professionnelle et très gentille
Nous n'avons pas occupé le logement prévu suite à une panne de chauffage ne pouvant pas être résolue rapidement. Nous avons néanmoins pu visiter et porter un jugement très positif sur la propreté, la modernité, la localisation et les qualités de cet appartement. La propriétaire nous a trouvé une solution en nous hébérgeant dans une petite maison louée par sa belle-soeur.

Superbe lieu pour se reposer
Gite aménagé avec gout et très bien situé par rapport au centre bourg.
Dommage qu'Abritel ne mette pas à jour son site pour prévenir que pendant la période de confinement le ménage est obligatoirement réalisé par le propriétaire et donc facturé.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Ferienwohnung. Super gelegen, sehr freundliche und herzliche Eigentümerin. Blümchen und Kekse und Teebeutel und Teekanne auf dem Tisch und Bierchen im Kühlschrank.

Portbail zu zweit
Eine sehr nette Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für zwei Wochen in der Normandie. Alles sehr unkompliziert, sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage unterbringen, Nadine Holley begrüßte und verabschiedete uns herzlich und verbindlich.
Jederzeit wieder und zu empfehlen.

Propriété décorée et équipée à l'idéal et d'une propreté exemplaire. Nadine a aménagé ce petit coin comme pour elle.

Nadine Holley est une propriétaire de grande humanité et serviabilité. le gite est "aux petits oignons", confortable ,décoré avec goût, très fonctionnel et extrêmement bien équipé. En résumé tout est parfait.On y reviendra avec grand plaisir
petit bémol pour les geeks, indépendant de la propriétaire: la ville de Portbail est mal desservie en internet, mais ça devrait s'améliorer

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cet appartement très propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré. La propriétaire est aux petits soins et nous a recommandé des activités à faire sur place. L'appartement est en plein centre, proche des commerces avec une jolie vue. En un mot : parfait !

Sehr schönes Häuschen in Portbail
Wir haben uns im Haus von Nadine Holley sehr wohl gefühlt,ideal für zwei Personen,top eingerichtetund für mich als Koch ideal,sehr gut eingerichtete Küche,modern u gemütlich eingerichtet.Alles sehr sauber, wuiklich gut !Dienstag ist Markt mit allem was das Herz begehrt,Fisch(Hummer ab 24 Euro das Kilo),Fleisch ,frisches Gemüse.Bäckerei,Metzger ,sehr schöner Marktplatz alles nur 2 Minuten entfernt.Man sollte erwähnen kein Balkon und Bad im Erdgeschoß,Wohnbereich im 1 Stock u Schlafraum über kleine Treppe zu erreichen..gemütlich,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut und modern ausgestattetes Haus, offen, freundlich und hell. Alles blitzsauber übergeben, gutes WLAN. Sehr ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage im Ort. Alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben in sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen. Französisch-Kenntnisse sind natürlich von Vorteil, Vermieterin ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Portbail ist ein angenehmer Ort und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wanderungen an der Küste, Strand, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc...Top Location, wir würden wiederkommen.
