You are in the heart of Marcel Pagnol's country, surrounded by lavender, vineyards and meadows, while having quick access to tourist sites.
In the centre of the village, 200 metres from the villa, you have a bakery, bar-tabac, grocery store, hairdresser and restaurant.
The "Auchan" supermarket is located in Aubagne, 10 minutes from Cuges.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), a living room, a dining room with a central fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two sinks and bathtub, two separate toilets.
The house, located on a flat plot of 500 m2, is on one level with 2 bay windows of 3 meters each, the first opening onto a tiled terrace with summer kitchen, equipped with a pizza oven and a gas plancha, the second overlooking a wooden terrace overlooking the secure swimming pool.
You will have at your disposal all the modern equipment you need: free WIFI, 120 cm plasma screen with HDMI connection.
Adjoining the swimming pool you will have a sunbed with a view of the hill and deckchairs. There is no opposite and the place is very quiet.
You can park your vehicles in two private parking spaces inside and you will also have the possibility to park in front of the house.

Room YUCATAN. Room of 20 m2 with 1 double bed of 190x140 and storage. This room has a bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. This room is also air-conditioned.

A sofa/bed of 190x90 is available in the rest area.


The swimming pool is winterized from October 1st to March 30th.
It measures 8x4.5 meters.
You have all amenities close to the villa (200 meters): grocery store, spar, bakery, tobacco bar, hairdresser, restaurant and a "carrefour market" outside the village (500 meters).
For coffee lovers, the villa is equipped with a senseo coffee maker.
