About this villa rental
New villa, all comforts, located in a garden of 3000 m2. Exceptional sea view, calm assured. Access to the villa is via a private road. The garden is planted with trees and flowers, it includes more than 500 plants, shrubs and trees.
The villa has 2 parts; one part which is sometimes occupied by the owners and another part used for rentals. The 2 parts are totally independent, not overlooked on the terraces and in the garden.
The rented part can accommodate 8 people. It is composed (on the first floor) of a living room of 40 m2 with sea and countryside view (E-W orientation) and an open kitchen of 7m2.
Two terraces of 12 m2 each extend the living room and allow you to enjoy outdoor dining.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have sea views, a bathroom with bath and shower, a toilet...
In the basement, a garage is available to store bicycles, strollers or other...
The decoration is neat.
The rental freely disposes of a part of the garden visually separated from the other part occupied by the owners.
There is the possibility to park cars in the garden.
Nearby activities: 7 beaches, golf (18 holes), tennis, padel, pickleball, horse riding, sailing school, tree climbing, GR path....
The first bedroom is equipped with a large bed for 2 people, in pastel colors with exposed beams and sea view. (photo)

The third has 2 single beds that can be pushed together. Marine décor. Sea view
The fourth has a single bed, sea view. A child's bed is also in this room
A footpath from the house passing through the middle of woods and meadows leads to the sea: a quarter of an hour on foot, compared to 3 minutes by car.
In winter, we will read the electricity meter together at the beginning and end of the stay in order to bill the tenants' heating consumption. Thank you for your understanding.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION:
It was from the mill on the edge of the property that the Duke of Aiguillon commanded the French troops who defeated the English at the Battle of Saint Cast in 1758. (7 Years' War). From the mill, he had a view of the entire bay as far as Saint Malo. This exceptional view is the one we have from the villa.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage. Herrlicher Ausblick und himmlische Ruhe.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen.
Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen sicher wieder :-)

We rent the house for a week during June 2009. We had beautiful weather and were able to enjoy the lovely garden. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need. The view is spectacular and the owners are very nice and caring people.
