About this apartment rental
IDEAL FOR HOLIDAYS: a beautiful secure residence, the beach accessible on foot less than 5 minutes in front of the apartment, private parking, a secure bike room and a beautiful sea view! Imagine when you wake up, a view of the sea, palm trees, Mediterranean species under a radiant sun, a desire to swim: you only have to cross the street to enjoy a crystal clear sea, without taking your car, well parked on your secure private parking, a dinner on your beautiful terrace facing the sea and enjoy the fireworks comfortably installed in summer or the Royal Regattas in September, or simply the beauties of the Mediterranean in front of you. The city center of Cannes is 4 kms away.
If you want to come and recharge your batteries in winter: you will be able to fully enjoy the terrace and the view, and have your meals there because it turns into a veranda!
You are in a secure luxury residence, with beautiful gardens, facing the sea, 1 min from the sandy beaches, and 50 meters from the new BoccaCabana promenade ideal for walkers, families, and sportsmen with its green pedestrian area and its fitness area with its free apparatus facing the sea; the center of Cannes is 4 kms away.
There is also a bus line at the foot of the Palm azur 22 and Palm nignt 20 building bringing you to the city center of Cannes and a free shuttle in the summer to access the many beaches or the city center of Cannes la Bocca. Nearby, new ultra modern cinema complex 12 screens giant screens! For more freedom, we recommend a vehicle. On request, there is a closed room to park your bikes.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevators (2), it is through, airy, ventilated, no air conditioning, soundproofed (double glazing) and composed
a corridor with 2 cupboards, serving 3 spaces:
- a lounge area with fully equipped American kitchen with 4 induction hobs, microwave + traditional oven, fridge top, washing machine, crockery and kitchen utensils; the living room has a sofa bed allowing a sleeping area (sleeping 2 places, quality mattress thickness 18 cm). Door to make the living room independent if the sleeping area of the living room is used. TV, free wifi, fan.
well-ventilated apartment, facing the sea: natural sea air, no air conditioning. The living room gives access to a beautiful loggia terrace with table and chairs for meals, with a beautiful sea view: The fireworks of Cannes, Mandelieu and Théoule are visible from the terrace without moving! South-East exposure; electric blind;
- A bathroom area: a bathroom (bath, sinks and toilet) with storage.
- A second sleeping area: with a cabin / (small bedroom, see photos) independent of the living room, with only a double bed 140 cm wide (recent quality bedding thick memory foam mattress) and a small window with double glazing. North-west exposure (cool room in summer). No bedside table. Shelves on the wall.
- A private numbered outdoor parking lot with coded access is included in the rental: which is an undeniable asset in the middle of the summer season.

Very small but everything there that you need. Sylvie came in for check-in and check-out and was very friendly and helpful. We didn´t try cooking, so I can´t judge the kitchen equipment, but the place is clean and the balcony is gorgeous. Note that there are no shops or bars/ restaurants really nearby and that you pay extra for linens and towels if required and for the cleaning if you don´t want to do it yourself. But still, great value for money!

After a long drive from the UK meeting a host as friendly and helpful as Sylvie made us feel so welcome. The apartment is typical for this area in that its not too huge but has everything you could need, a real homely feeling.The apartment has glass enclosed balcony, that can be opened or enclosed. This overlooks the immaculately kept gardens with amazing views through to the wrap around sea views which coming from a grey wet London were simply stunning!
We had our own car so explored both inland, St Paul de Vence and Gourdon real highlights and along the coast west to Menton and East to Saint Aygulf and St Raphael.
Making this apartment, for us ideally located.
There was some slight overnight noise at the rear of the building, rail line and screaming frogs? But we relocated to the front of the apartment, with its sofa bed and black out shutters meaning we slept too long every night, which was lovely.
For anyone not wishing to drive the apartment has a lovely stretch of sand directly across the road, a two minute walk.With restaurants and cafe booths with plenty of seating. An easy bus ride into Cannes and the 'highlife' or in the opposite direction, the castle and Marina at La Napoule.So much to see and do. We simply had a wonderful holiday and will definately be back to stay again, thank you Sylvie.

Sylvie est adorable, attentive, et arrangeante ! L'appartement est propre et conforme aux photos, il y a de belles plages à faire ! Seul bémol pour nous, c'était le transport, nous étions avec un enfant en bas âge avec une poussette, la résidence est desservie par le bus n°22 qui passe toutes les heures et s'arrête à 19 h 30 ! Je trouve ça vraiment dommage pour une zone touristique et en pleine saison estivale ! Il y a également une navette qui fait les plages seulement (pas le centre-ville), mais on n'a pas réussi à l'avoir aussi !
Pour faire ses courses ou sortir, il faut absolument la voiture, car le magasin le plus proche est à 20 minutes à pied ce qui fait facilement 40 minutes aller-retour à pied !
