The apartment of 95 m², is located at an altitude of 1300 m with a beautiful view of the Belledonne massif. Perfectly equipped and refurbished in a modern style and mountain tradition. It is close to the ski resort of Saint François Longchamp, and to the cross-country skiing and snowshoeing area, "Espace Nordique du Grand Coin", located 5 minutes from the house. You have the possibility to rent the two apartments, Champfol (12 beds possible) and Ponchéry (11 beds), to obtain an accommodation of 23 beds maximum (subject to availability). During the Christmas and February holidays rentals are weekly (from Saturday to Saturday).
