Apartment as on a 4 * cruise ship noted by the tourist office this year, redone New New Design decoration of 34m2, all air-conditioned comfort on the 4th and last floor, with elevator. For 2 to 4 people possibility 6, with terraces of 15m2 and garden furniture and sunbathing south, on a superb sea view as if you were cruising on the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with American and with a dishwasher, and washing machine, 1 room with a bed 140x200 and its dressing. The living room is composed of a bed 140x200 bed and a sofa BZ 160X200. Also a 82 cm TV with 160 channels (French, foreign) and wifi. The apartment is double glazed.
Secure parking at your disposal, a bakery at the bottom of the apartment, and shops, market and halls are 100 meters along the seaside and the beach and its fine sand.

Superbe appartement très fonctionnel parfaitement équipé, idéalement placé avec une grande terrasse face à la mer, vue juste sublime sur Ste Maxime et le Golfe de St Tropez. Un plus non négligeable le parking. Mais aussi une Boulangerie-pâtisserie au pied de l'immeuble réveillant les papilles dès le matin... Propriétaire disponible et très à l'écoute de nos éventuelles demandes. A recommander tout simplement...

excellent acceuil de la part de notre hote qui a fait le maximum .
Effet ¨paquebot¨ immediat dès l entree dans l appartement
situation au centre de ste Maxime et proche de la plage.merci à David pour le parking très pratique.
Que du positif . Si la periode le permet , nous souhaitons y revenir l année prochaine.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement avec une vue au top et le bruit de la mer. Le logement était parfaitement équipé et tout fonctionnait bien en correspondance avec l'annonce. Nous avons toujours eu notre place de parc dispo et en bas de l'appartement se trouve une excellent boulangerie.
Nous avons eu un excellent accueil par David qui en plus a un excellent resto & bar en ville - "Entrepotes". On y mange très bien.

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à l annonce. Il est très bien équipé (terrasse, airco, électroménagers, parking) et convient idéalement à un couple (éventuellement avec enfants). Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location.
