About this apartment rental
During the high season JULY & August rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Located 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the center of Boulouris, 1km from Cers de Boulouris thalassotherapy and 1 1/2 km from the center of St Raphaël, we offer you a beautiful apartment at the bottom of the Villa, F3 of 74 m2 with terrace of 24 M2 in a quiet residential area. This apartment is air-conditioned in the living room and the two bedrooms.
This rental is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a large bed 160cm and the other with 2 beds of 90 cm, with extra bed available, + 2 cots and a high chair.
Kitchen/living room of 34m2 fully equipped and refurbished with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, microwave.......), a T.V and free Wifi connection
Bathroom refurbished with walk-in shower and washbasin with furniture. Separate toilet + hall with office and furniture.
SNCF train station (local trains): Boulouris centre at 1 Km and SNCF St Raphaël centre train station (main line) at 2 kms.
2 18-hole golf courses and one 9-hole golf course 6 km away.
Tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, bathing points, beautiful creeks and creeks and beautiful walks, sports and cultural activities, marinas etc. Because of allergies we cannot accept pets.
The deposit is 500€ by check or cash, returned on the day of departure if the rental does not present any problem.
Sheet rental: 25€ for bed 160 towels included
20€ for a bed in 90 towels included.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Dans un appartement en rez de jardin + terrasse avec 2 belles chambres salon cuisine ouverte très propre.
Propriétaire très agréable et discret nous reviendrons.

Wir ( mein Mann und unsere Tochter)
waren eine Woche in Saint-Raphaël.
Janet, die Vermieterin, ist eine sehr nette, gastfreundliche Dame.
Den Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus haben wir als angenehm empfunden aber es gibt 2-3 Dinge die verbesserungsfähig wären,
Das WLAN ist extrem langsam oder nicht "vorhanden", es wäre doch mal angebracht eine neue Duschkabine und Duschkopf zu installieren. Falls man doch mal Fernsehen schauen möchte gibt es, leider, nur französische Sender!
Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefüllt!
