About this house rental
In the heart of the private forest Quénécan and a few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan.
Farmhouse of 150 m2 very comfortable and recently restored can ideally accommodate 8 people.
Unique for its location; absolute calm and tranquility!
Over 2 acres of garden around the house.
A 350 m from the house, our large private lake where you will have the chance to enjoy in peace: swimming, picnicking, canoeing, fishing (pike, perch, trout ...)
Activities all year round: hiking, biking, slab of the stag, mushroom picking ...
The house features:
On the ground floor:
- Input / toilet / laundry room. Above the laundry room, an independent mezzanine with a bench seat for 2 persons (140x200 cm).
- Large living room (living / dining room) of 70 m2 with open fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD player. Sofa bed in the lounge area (140x200 cm).
Heating: radiator coolants, wood stove and large fireplace (wood provided).
Appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, ...
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.
The rooms are as follows:
- 1 large double bedroom (160x190 cm)
- 1 double bedroom (bed 140x190 cm)
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x200 cm)
The plus:
Possibility to sleep in a hut on stilts in the lake or in a tree house nearby (discount)

2 km, the museum village 'Les Forges des Salles' former steel town of the 18th and 19th centuries fully restored (exhibitions and guided tours, free tours for our guests.
2 km from the village of St. Bridget welcomes excellent creperie and bar.

At 10 km, town with shops, restaurants and supermarkets. (Cléguérec or Gouarec).
