This house was wonderful! It was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed plus. The location was close to the Park as well as town and there were good restaurants down the road. Tamera of the management company contacted us the day we arrived to make sure all was okay and followed up the next day to see if we needed anything. We have visited Estes Park many times and this was without a doubt the best place we have stayed in. Looking forward to coming here again on our next Estes Park visit.

The first thing I want to say is just how lovely and accommodating Tamara, our property manager was! She kept us in the loop on everything and always responded to any questions we had in a timely manner! Thank you Tamara💜 The only slight negative to the property was how steep the stairs were!. We knew there were stairs and it was clearly stated that the home is not ADA accessible but phew they were a workout🤣 It was probably good for me and my husband, who are not the most agile anymore, to get that exercise and our granddaughters had a ball👏 The house itself was amazing! The rooms were large with plenty of beds for our group! The kitchen was fabulous with all the tools, pots, pans, dinnerware that you could possibly need and then some! We enjoyed the deck and could see a bit of the river through the trees but the best part was hearing the river! It was so soothing and really muted the sounds of the cars on the main road!! We highly recommend the McDermott Cabin and would stay there again!!

Our family visiting from three different states had a lovely time at the McDermott Cabin. It was a great location for our adventures (hiking in RMNP, horseback riding at National Gateway Stables, and enjoying the town of Estes Park). The layout worked well for two couples, three kids and a single adult. One of the more thoughtfully and well stocked houses we’ve rented and communication was great with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We stayed at the McDermott cabin with 7 people, our family of 4 (daughters ages 6 & 4), and two sets of grandparents. Perfect for our families! Each family had their own floor and private bathroom. Very clean. Tamara was a great property manager.

The house was fantastic! It was exceptionally clean, plenty of sleeping room, had everything we needed, and the location was great. A few miles outside the heart of Estes Park and RMNP. Amazing getaway!

Each year our family takes a vacation together. The McDermott cabin was just perfect for us (6 adults, 2 children). It was exceptionally clean and close to RMNP. Tamara was so good to work with. I would highly recommend this vacation home!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Stocked with everything you need to start your vacation. Plenty of seating, beds, pillows, fans for warm nights and kitchen supplies. Lots of stairs which may not work for everyone. And with a full house may not be enough couch space at night. But plenty of space to spread out or on the patio. You can hear the water when windows are open and see it from the patio. Lots of trails and places to explore. Would love to go back.

We had a wonderful time. Tamara was great to work with and was very understanding when two of our party could not make the trip. Everyone else had a great stay - house was spacious and comfortable. They did some fishing, driving through the park looking for animals. Saw many animals and even saw elk in the front yard. Next time we head to Estes Park, this is the place we’ll rent. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this home! It was extremely clean and comfortable, and easily sleeps 8. It is conveniently located, and very well stocked if you enjoy cooking. The neighborhood is quiet, and the Big Thompson runs nearby. The patio has a table in front, which is fantastic if you enjoy sitting outside to socialize or just relax and enjoy the cool summer weather. Windows open throughout the house to let in the cool breezes. I definitely will try to rent this lovely home next time we are in town!

My family and best friend’s family had our reunion/vacation here with 5 x young kids (ages 5-9). It was a perfect location - incredibly close to the YMCA and the Rockies. 5 minutes from hopping Downtown. The house itself was perfect for our needs. Fully supplied kitchen with great patio and enough bathrooms. So clean and convenient. We are looking forward to booking the McDermott house again.

Tamara was super easy to work with. There was a crib, baby gate and high chair. We loved looking at and hearing the river outside. It was beautiful. A group of 5 elk wandered through the area one morning - so cool! The house is really close to the RMNP entrance. The hikes in the park were beautiful! We bought our groceries at Safeway, but later in the week discovered a smaller market only a few minutes away that had just about anything we would have needed - and a coffee shop. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

Very comfortable house. Didn't want for anything. First floor bedroom was hard to control temperature but to be expected from a three story in the mountains. They were repaving the roads which blocked us from using our driveway at times but also to be expected the week prior to the start of the busy season.

We could not have been more pleased with the location, the property itself, and the property managers at Aspen Brook! It was the perfect vacation spot for our family. Thank you especially to Tamara for proactively coordinating our move to a different property when an unexpected amount of snow made the original house we rented dangerous. She put our safety first and upgraded us to a different property to make sure we weren’t climbing an icy incline! We are so appreciative!! We absolutely loved everything about Aspen Brook and the Sorores Home.

The location of our cabin was convenient; close to the entrance of RMNP. The sounds of the Big Thompson River was relaxing and soothing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the comforts of home. We were close to downtown Estes Park shopping and several good restaurants. I highly recommend Aspen Brook vacation homes

We had a great time at the McDermott Camp location, did tons of hiking and fished for trout across the road. The house was really clean and the area quiet and beautiful. We were a few minutes away from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and everything was easy to get to. Even spotted a moose behind the home while we were grilling outside. Highly reccomend!
